I had a couple of djungarian dwarf hamster over the years and they trusted me so much they would crawl on my palm hand on their own willing, I wish they could modify their life span to become longer 2 - 3 years passes by so quickly
This is so cute! I'm a huge fan of hamsters, and this was such a perfect little video (dwarf hamsters are my favorite!). I've subscribed and look forward to watching the rest of the videos in this history series. I hope you and your hammy are doing well.
Syria is a territory mostly desertic or semi desertic where temperature is always high . I got a Syrian hamster in a petshop and I think that it's body is " projected" for those weather. Here the temperature is on winter 7°/11°. Is that a problem?
Helo, luca! During winter you'll have to use heaters and protect your hamster because they must be in temperatures above 17, otherwise they can enter in a hibernation state, which is really bad for them. Be sure to always keep an eye on that
hello, Lemon Man! We used the pictures to exemplify that there are many species of wild hamsters, even though is really hard to find pictures of all of them. I'm sorry if you thought it was misleading, but there are over 13 species of wild hamsters, and the european hamster is Cricetus Cricetus, but there are other species that belong to the same genus, but are not the same, such as: Cricetulus alticola, Cricetulus barabensis , Cricetulus curtatus, Cricetulus eversmanni , Cricetulus kamensis, Cricetulus longicaudatus And many others. Hope we clarified it! Thanks for the comment :)
@@hamsterscoutsadventures3809 I understand what you're saying, however these images you're looking for aren't that difficult to find. With one quick google search of the species that you've listed, I was able to find quite a few images of the hamsters. It just seems a bit odd.
