Ingredients:
1 kilo pork loin (for 6 servings)
Marinade:
2 spoons ketchup
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons English mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt
Smear the meat with marinade and keep it in the fridge overnight.
For salad:
50 grams green salad mix
1 carrot
1/4 celery root
2 tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
For garnish:
