Yess I’m happy everyone is enjoying spaghetti squash back when my now 20 year old son was in 5th grade we did it with roast chicken and spaghetti sauce at the time now I cook it with olive oil and herbs for myself 🌱💕vegan life

Yay!!!! Hi!! Shoot! I’ve been vegan for two decades, and I still eat the fake meat once in a great while. I didn’t become vegan because I hated meat. I became vegan for ethical reasons😂 a lot of meat eaters just don’t understand that. Trust me I talk to a lot of them and they are always saying “it’s just weird that you make fake meat” and then I explain to them that then they get it! Please make a recipe for this squash! I like spaghetti squash, but I don’t love it! I like to eat it when I’m not thinking it’s noodles or I put it in soups, but I’m curious on how you season it! Thank you!!

I didn't give up meat because of the taste or texture. I gave it up because of the torture involved. If they can give me a faux meat that has all the good stuff without the bad; bring it!

Avocado, rice, lentils etc. more carbs less cardio and banana protein smoothies really help if you have a hard time eating a lot. Hope this helps 😁
