I live in Dallas,TX, where this all went down. She and her son are from Milwaukee. She kept the $4K initially but tried reaching out to the braider and barber to pick up the money after all the controversy. Last I remember, the braider didn't pick up the money. She also started charging people for their food after the 3rd person in line. She ended up changing the name of her business.

The barber was there cutting her sons hair😂 The food truck lady mislead Kieth Lee to believe they where with her when he left the tip. She could of said no,they are not with me,they are my sons friends. She's a scammer😂. Lee thought this was there day to day setup.

Keith Lee spoke to the food truck lady, she should have let him know that they where not her employees. He was mislead,But either way she stole what was to be given to them. She didn't have a barber or braider,so they are not her employees or obligated to serve her business. She lied to Lee and Said yes they with her,so pay the Man.

The bottom line is this... regardless of what her financial situation is, she was given very specific, detailed, and LIVE RECORDED instructions, and she should've adhered to them. Regardless if Sherell and her brother were out there to see Keith Lee while supporting Sweetly Seasoned. Keith said, I'm giving $1k "so that he could" give free haircuts for the next people coming through, just like he told her to give free meals to the next people coming through. It was the same concept! In the same token, she could've told him THEN that they were not part of Sweetly Seasoned, but she had every INTENT not to give them that money. THIS IS THE ISSUE!!! At that point, Keith could've made the same decision or a different one, but she remained silent. It was NOT her money to decide. Keith is very strategic in the way that he moves. I live in Dallas, and this shook the city, as well as embarrassed us, but more herself! The influx of business would've covered things bc she didn't have that $4k+ at the moment and needed those repairs and was still working, so no... don't agree she should've asked them to pay it later. She should've wired them the money once it cleared. Also... her & her son withdrew the money from the bank for Sherell to come pick it up versus just wiring the money. That's set up tactics and a way to say, "I tried." This was BAD BUSINESS & showed both of their LACK OF GOOD CHARACTER & INTEGRITY. 🗣 Period! Her business is not closed. She's open W-Sat from 11-5p, but business is most definitely severely affected! Again, this was all her doing. It's a hard lesson, yet a lesson learned. #Godspeed 🤷🏽‍♀️🫶🏾

Oh and another thing, about the comment the two of you made about older ppl don't know about the internet, trust me when I say I'm not one of those ppl, I'm not bc the Internet is not anything new, it's new to younger ppl nothing is new under the sun, read the word. , honey a lot of us know. I fault Keith. The giving of MONEY is a business transaction. If he wanted those other people to to have $1,000 each, he should have gone over there and GIVEN them what he wanted them to have. That would have completely cut out all confusion and supposition. What he wanted would have been done and that would have been that. Hope he learns this for next time. Lovin' the food. It sounds like she wanted “community”, until she had to pay it forward. Even when SHE wasn’t the one actually “paying” it forward. All she needed to do, in order to keep her integrity, was to do what Keith Lee asked of her. IF she was unable to carry out the simple instructions for whatever reason she came up with, she should’ve let him know at that time. I’m just speculating, but it’s likely that the barber didn’t stay to give free haircuts, after receiving the $1000, because he never received the $1000.😂 She was wrong, dead wrong. Whatever the consequences are for her not following through, is deserved.

That lady was greedy and karma will absolutely be a bitch. He gave that lady $4000. Like they said she would have made beyond more then that if she had done right by what he early said 1000 for the barber, 1000 for the braider, If my memory serves me correct.
