Hi Tina! Congratulation on your booth! I know you'll do well your things are so beautiful. What a shame Temu had to be like that with you, I swear there's no customer service anymore. I'm so happy that the credit card companies help people with business like that. ❤❤❤
Oh man, I am sorry that happened to you. I tend to purchase in smaller amounts versus the larger orders because of this - I agree with you. There is so many pros and cons to each company. I once ordered an item from Amazon that didn't arrive and I contacted them and they sent me a replacement for free. I haven't had a hard time with Temu yet with the smaller orders.
That just sucks that you lost that amount of money! That’s a lot of money but thankfully your credit card company made it right but still….. thanks for the warning.
Hi Tina,so sorry you had a bad experience with Temu! I loved your tin signs especially the craft room & sunflower ones! I watch both your channels & love both! Have a wonderful day, take care!🤗💜🌻💕
Hi Tina, I have ordered from Temu several items and the first order, there was something that was missing and I told them and they sent it again. They have also had an order delay 1 day after they guaranteed and they credited me $5.00. I have had nothing but the best service from them. I agree with you Amazon sells the same products that TEMU sells. I am sorry that you have had a bad expereince. I disagree that you are gambling with your money. If you pay via paypal, you are guaranteed. Maybe consider this next time.
I actually did use PayPal but they go through a CC Chase. I filed a dispute with Chase that’s what I was told to do by PayPal. It’s not an automatic you get your money period. I was a banker in my previous life the system isn’t automatic you have to file and they dispute for you. PayPal is just a facilitator you still use a method of payment that ultimately has to be credited through them. Chase gave me immediate credit but it is an ongoing case so I may not get to keep it. Even if your dispute goes through PayPal and they file on your behalf it’s not automatic that you keep the funds. I have to go through item by item which I have done with TEMU four different times already with this dispute through Chase. TEMU just say our merchants and our records say they sent it. Period. I had good experiences before with TEMU just like you or I would not have ordered $700 worth of merchandise. Just warning people of the experience I had. It is a gamble you may not get the same service if it’s a large amount as you do smaller ones. I did have one lady tell me three of her last orders were lost and they refused to replace them. Take the warning or leave it but trust me they were absolutely no help. They just kept saying you got the box it was in good shape therefore you got all the items. We show we sent them. And then told me to ask my neighbors to look for the box and in the bushes. That’s was pretty much it. Would not even an acknowledge that one single item out of $700 was missing. So don’t assume like I did the service you got before will always be the same. I am saying don’t buy more at one time than you are willing to loose because trust me I shopped with them for two years if it happened to me it can you. Also PayPal only allows immediate refund for a period of a couple of days and only if you use PayPal business transaction. Which I always do. But your window to dispute with PayPal and not your CC company for automatic refund is way to small with orders from TEMU. You can file a dispute but it’s not a guarantee it’s simply a dispute which is a gamble you will win.
@@ReHatchedDesignsTinaWilliams Absolutely! I get wehre you are coming from. I am very cautious when buying large amounts of things. I make small purchases every time. $30-$50
It may be because of the amount. Not sure. But I had issues before and they were fine I think this time they just didn’t want to take the hit. Anyway buyer beware. $375 a lot of money.
Read my two lengthy answers above. Just because they TEMU were good on a few of small orders don’t assume they will on others. Just saying I had two years of similar experiences as you did prior. So don’t use that as a guarantee if you buy a large amount they will support you. Be very careful! Just trying to warn people.
It wouldn’t have mattered I actually showed the box stuffed full of the items to the brim and showed me removing what they sent . Put them out on the table took pictures. The fact is if they had sent all the items they would have needed an entire new box because those items would not have fit in the one they sent. Approximately half of what I ordered did not come. I pointed this out to them and they just kept saying look for the box. Or we see it was delivered so you got it. Over and over. It’s simple you couldn’t fit what they owed me in the one box they sent it would take two therefore they couldn’t have sent it all. Makes sense to me. But trust me they weren’t listening to logic. They made up there mind they were not going to reimburse me. Really didn’t matter what I did or said. Like said I have bought stuff from them for two years. Returned things had items replaced gotten credits etc. this time they just decided to just not play ball didn’t matter what I said or did or my history with them.
Yes so far I have my $375 back. It still has to be settled but I was in banking many years and the merchant has to prove they sent it. Which they really can’t. We will see what happens but TEMU was no help what so ever. They Kept offering me $20 credit for my issues😂 and telling me to look in the bushes for my box 🤪
@@ReHatchedDesignsTinaWilliamsI am so sorry But I dont know where my orders went because I haven't received my last three orders. So I'm done with them.
