Thank you for sharing where you grew up. That was fun to see. My brother was 18 years old when his life was taken by a drunk driver. 25 years ago… The time sure does pass by fast but sometimes it feels like yesterday.

Very cool! I live in the same area. Near FO. My 2 sons went to the area schools. My oldest is a teacher and a coach at the high school. My youngest is Military and Firefighter near Columbia. ❤ Table Rock area and Hwy. 11. Pickens and Central SC. My late husband was a SC guy and grew up in the Wesleyan denomination. Attended SWU (Central Wesleyan). I loved to go back to visit with him. Very dear folks. His parents are buried in Pickensview Church cemetery. He has gone home to be with Jesus and I miss visiting that area. God bless you!
This video popped up on my RU-vid recommended, and I had to watch it, because I felt like the Lord lead me to you for a reason. As I was watching this video it really got my attention when I heard you talk about your brother got killed in a car accident at the age of 24, because my brother also got killed in a car accident at the age of 25 in 2007. It was the most tragic thing my family, and I ever went through, but the Lord has brought us a long way with his passing. I don’t know your pain, because we all grieve differently, but I can relate to the death of a sibling. I struggle all the time with my son driving fearing something could happen to him, but the Lord has helped me through this. You are in my prayers, and I ask for your prayers too. Thank you ❤

Definitely true words! I think that is why many people like Shasta and the others homeschool. Society and public schools now take children away from God and negatively influence them. I am not a parent, but I can understand how the strong faithful parents who have children want to make sure their children do not fall into the many temptations.
Awe Shasta so sorry to hear about your brother. I also lost my brother when he was 45 from falling off a cliff in the backyard that we grew up in. He was living with my mom and dad at the time. I guess he just slipped and fell but that was 2005 I was already married and out of the house but after that I lost my mom and my dad so I no longer go back to where I grew up. It’s very sad to think of ever going back there to the house but my niece lives there now so I can always go back. Love your channel ❤

Please be in prayer for my family. My sister has 7 girls and 1 boy. The youngest twins are 19, The only boy and his sister . James Michael was walking home from an interview and took a shortcut and was crossing a railroad track and was killed. This is very devastating for our family

Loosing a child at any age is devastating . My sons body was found in Blacksburg in the Summer of 2018.We never found out who murdered him. He was 24. His birthday would be this week on September 24th. I'm so glad we know we will see each other again.
