Prospector Jess first am glad to thank for your irritative informtion to help us, secondly how can we contact FB, or whatsapp please give your address.
Some of them are now as you've shown right in a development or on property slated for such. So doing this research will pay off in time spent on the ground that's for sure! Thanks!
Got the ggm. Very valuable information. Also joined the GPA and have researched some claims using the ggm. Thank you so much, this is going to save a whole lot of prospecting time.
Hey Prospector Jess! Thank you for your videos, I am just beginning my journey into prospecting and your information is truly invaluable and appreciated by many. I live in Globe, Az which you mentioned briefly in this video, would you be willing to elaborate on the area and what about it is interesting to you?
You mentioned Globe, AZ which has a huge copper mine, they get enough gold as a secondary deposit while mining the copper to pay for all the fuel of the machinery and school buses in the town. Some of my best placer gold I found in 18" of black sand out in Globe dry washes.
Huge copper mine deposits such as Kenicott Copper Mine on the outskirts of Salt Lake City, Utah have gold deposits that are usually located on the outskirts of the copper deposit. An example is the Barny Canyon Gold Mine deposited on the northern outskirts of the Kenicott Copper Mine copper deposit. Hope this is of some help.
@@ProspectorJess they are! There is an old ghost town up the road! It teaches you about the history of the mines. Super interesting! I've also found a ton of neat stones up in the Superstitions! It's a great place to get apache tear, and amethyst!
I was looking up bismuth and came across this video, 3 years after you posted it. I just wanted to write and say that my husband and I used to live out in Pearce, back in the late 80s, before it was all built up. We had a trailer out in the middle of nowhere that his family inherited from his mother's father. It was really crazy, there was absolutely no one. It was pretty scary actually. We used to go hiking in the mountains all around there, and one day we ended up in a small bowl, with a small mound in the center, we climbed to the top of it and that was a bowl in itself, the top, we had to climb over a ridge and then down, to go down into it. We were looking around, and found a small Creek. We started looking and there were lots of gold flakes. Just as we got excited and started to look, there was a flash flood, within minutes that entire bowl at the top of that mound was completely full and we were wading, waist deep, back to the edge to climb over and climb down. When we got back down to the car, it stopped raining. It was crazy, like we weren't even supposed to be there. Also, when leaving Pearce, driving into Wilcox, there is a mountain that looks like it's floating in the morning. It looks like a triangle and it looks like it's floating in the morning, it was the most incredible thing. One day we went over to it after it had rained and there were thousands of unpolished garnets at the bottom, we picked up so many, I still have one that was nothing but facets.
I live in Mn and I would love to go this winter to prospect for gold. Looks like Prescott Arizona would be a good place to start looking for an open claim and sample the ground
Thanks Jess. I got it in my bucket list to do a lot of prospecting in Arizona. I've been down there several times, but mainly was confined to the Greater Phoenix area(camel-back mtn range)was visiting in-laws and needed an escape. Now i want to return to do serious prospecting before i get to old to do that sort of thing. Anyway i really want to find pay-dirt this coming summer down there in AZ. Will likely bring my oldest son for the experience. Found a lot of petroglyphs that were carved into the rocks, even found i rock that had a famous Mexican explorer's name and date carved into it. Anyway can use all the information i can get. My wife was an geologist and i learned a lot from her.
I think I ran into you at a Safeway gas station the end of April. Probably just some fellow who looks like you. Would have been awesome to bump into you and get to pick your brain. Always enjoy learning. Thanks for the video.
If the sulphide ore looks good metalwise (copper ore) It may be worth an Xray spectrometer reading to see if other values have high enough concentration.
Hello everyone 🙌 We are here in Valle Vista Az & I have hiked all around also the Colorado river & Wickenburg are up steam from us but we have a lot of dried up creaks. I’ve been wanting to get out and either pan or detect for gold. We are not to far from Oatmen Az a big big mining town here in Arizona. Hoping to get into a club soon. Not just for gold but for gemstones 💎 & more 🙏🏼🙏🏼 thanks for all the amazing knowledge ❤️❤️
I just came across this video and was reading the comments and saw yours. My comment included the fact that when driving from Pearce into Wilcox, first thing in the morning, there's a mountain that looks like it's floating, if you go over to it after it rains the foothill is covered in garnets.
i am interested in buying a piece of land in arizona and it has some rock outcroppings that have visible iron staining. what are the odds it has gold? i have pictures but have not ventured there yet.
I have done dredging near Prescot and close to Mayor. I loved it. Too old now. If I did any prospecting now I would buy the best metal detector that I could afford.
People don't just die out in the desert ! People are murder out in the middle of no where cause they know they can get away with it ! So please be careful ..... safety in numbers ! The world is a sick place ! ...... love your show ! Thanks
cartel hides in mountains outside of phoenix a few cops told me. they said go hiking when armed, not cuz of wildwife, but cuz of the cartels. and dont go alone
How can someone thumb down this video maybe they sell the maps . I know I used to sell them years ago well I shared the video I hope it helps everybody get with the free info group
Hello. I'm a mom of a 12yo and a 14yo and I just got my kids the Minelab gold monster. I'm trying to get them off their phone and hopefully get them hooked on metal detecting for gold nuggets. But now I don't know where to go and dig.. Can you please tell me where I can go, or how do we find out claims available to us.. or memberships? or how does one do this? Thank you so much.
I live in the Gold Encrusted hills of Golden valley arizona, Oatman being 6miles away. This area has Hidden Mines where you can't see from the mountains cause they hide their Tailings from view in between cracks in the mountain sides.Crystal Quartz everywhere. 💰💰💰💰
Prospecting for placer and lode gold is accelerated by dowsing with the modern light weight ball bearing, which is the only dowsing rod that accurately gauges and deciphers all edges, exact center, depth buried with angle of deposition, amplified long distance dowsing from a moving vehicle, and most importantly GRADING. Read the book The Art of Dowsing - Separating Science from Superstition for learning the physics involved in dowsing for any sought element, which is possible because every element's atoms emit a unique electromagnetic microwave band frequency with no two elements having the same. The same electromagnetic microwave band frequency contained in an elemental mass band together for producing the unique elemental magnetic flux lines that energizes the dowsing rod and electronic metal detector, also with no two elements having the same. The one-tenth ounce dowsing rod load attached to the dowsing rod is energized by the same element's elemental magnetic flux lines radiated from the elemental mass being dowsed. How to build your own modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod and dowsing lessons are taught for dowsing buried pipelines and cables, gold placer and lode deposits, any sought element, amplified long distance dowsing from a moving vehicle, and dowsing on water from a boat. Thank you for reading this post and I hope everyone has a safe, healthy, nice day.
HEY JESS! I DON'T WANT A NEW COPY OF JACK BLACK'S BOOK- I WILL PAY YOU LIST FOR A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR TIME-WORN, ANNOTATED ON-THE-SPOT, DOG-EARED COPY. A JOURNEYMAN'S FIELD NOTES ARE HIS THINKING, USING HIS HARD-WON KNOWLEDGE, A-T H-I-S O-W-N S-P-E-E-D. YOU CANNOT BEAT A JOURNETMAN AT HIS OWN TRADE. I WANT A COPY OF YOUR COPY...I'D READ IT A THOUSAND TIMES JUST TO GRASP WHAT YOU KNOW...
You sound like you know what you are doing. Why is the information you pull up all hidden behind your picture? I can’t seem to see any of the information you are talking about.
If you look to the south of arizona, where issent gold found. But I'm a micro and fliwer gold prospector. And you kind of denounce the the value of flower gold. And thats wrong namley because it is so easaly located in consentraition. But it is still hard to work. But only if you dont know about drypanning and the use of rockerbox science of the use of specific gravity collection. And when combined the proces produces more physical gold with less labor than any drywashers or other wet wash system. And ive endevored to bring back the traditional rockerbox and the making of a wage and not so much is about striking it rich. As i was taught how of it and the truth that about anywhere the old timers could count on a wage from flower gold. Just takes a difrent mind set and equipment that nolonger is understood. Like boards and rockerboxs. As all the rockerboxs you see today have compleatly wrong aprons in them. And ive only met one person that knew what a board was. But thats because they owned one. But didnt on know it till I told them what it was. And when you know how to use one the panning work and time is cut far more than in half. With better recovery.
You Lost me with the lost Dutchman The Dutchman was a highgrader who worked for the Voltaire mine it’s a true fact where else would he get that kind of gold from not the superstitions
You spent 3 minutes talking about what you were going to talk about. Why not take off your phone and just get to the point? Don't get me wrong you got great information and I do appreciate it but it's like listening to my mother-in-law.
