Wow, you guys really did outdo yourselves on this video. I loved seeing the neighborhoods in the Santa Fe area. I’d love to see another video on what the more modern houses look like with the New Mexican twist on them. Also which is the area with the least crime ?

There are some incredible architects that have combined the best modern and minimalistic features with classic Santa Fe style, and the results are magic! Right now, the trend with new builds is definitely leaning towards a mix of the architectural elements Santa Fe is known for, then mixing in modern building materials like steel beams, cleaner edges and pulling in all the technology of the day. We've added it to our notes, examples of modern homes to shoot in the future. Thanks for your feedback. With crime, I'd suggest a few things. Start your research online. SpotCrime.com and CrimeMapping.com are two popular services that collect crime reports from police and sources. You can plug in addresses of homes you think look good and cross reference them with the online reports. Ultimately, your best gauge for crime is to connect with a local expert (like the Tercero Brothers 😉), sit down with us, tell us what your budget is, tell us about the lifestyle you're after, and then let us guide you to the best possible place your budget can allow. Crime all depends on where you're coming from, what your tolerance is. There are parts of the country where our clients move from that make Santa Fe feel like little house on the prairie! And then there are clients that think Santa Fe needs Batman to be released on the streets! And everything in between.
