Hello, just a friendly suggestion , you should have the people that see your video that interested in buying the condo to contact you . That way you will get pay commission for finding customers and you will help your clients .
Real estate market in Cambodia is definitely one of the worst if not the worst in the world. The income/real estate price ratio is just the worst. The average income for Cambodians is $385/month but the price for a tiny home with no land is $150k and up.

I didn't realized that when Cambodian people speak Khmer they have an interesting accent coming out in their speech. Nice view but I think I'm interested in the country living in Cambodia more. Thanks for sharing!
The Khmer Phnom penh accent (or we can call a city accent) is easy to listen to, soft and nice tone. It's contrast to the traditional official Khmer accent which is completely mono (non tonal).

These condos were built for foreigners not locals. Never buy a chinese own condominium because not only they are overpriced but cheap qualities as well. There are many left unfinished and they are mostly scammers.
