It’s my favorite and I’m glad I found it before I bought more 14k instead because it’s a better value and mene actually costs less than any other lesser karat jewelry I’ve seen. I had no luck with referrals either though the referral part felt like I was being gypped and they keep changing the criteria for the referral program
Update the 2.5mm Milano was amazing quality - sold to upgrade to a 6mm flat curb from Hawaii rope chain a month back really good quality and now my current set up is a 8.5mm curb 24in
With HAWAII rope chains you can trade in pieces to upgrade or get something else, and pay the difference, which he makes really easy have done it twice.
I just had to cancel an order with jacoje waited 8 weeks for a pendant, site said 2-4 weeks. Every time I asked for update he said 2 more weeks. Buyer beware
@@melissanacional9662my take is Braden is nothing more then a glorified salesperson/ order taker he is not a jeweler, never set a stone, couldn’t cast a piece of gold. Ultimately you get what you pay for and my exp with him reflected that.
One thing I was upset about with Braden, is that he will not check to see if your exchanged/returned item was received by their establishment, when requested. Granted I called USPS and was able to confirm that item was delivered to the coordinates of their exact location. But he said, he'd get to it when he processes it, which was 5 days later. Very unprofessional.
He has been telling me, since last July, that he is getting in the 22k heavy link chains restocked in a couple of months. That was last July. Then it was by Black Friday. Then if was for Christmas. No stock. I am finally listening to my feeling is that if I am having such problem in transparency of when or if an actual is being stocked, what would happen if I had an issue with something? I also agree with the lack of customer service you have mentioned! I finally went to an Asian store and purchased a solid 24k gold chain there that I am very happy with!!

@sheritee7328 Jacoje doesn't waste time with people who don't spend money. Why would he have a correspondence with you if you've never bought from him OR have placed and order. Why would he care that YOU PLAN on buying a chain?
Saints gold is trash. Their marketing is misleading. They call a Franco a “saint franco” and it sounds stupid. Their 2 tone prism chains will look like crap after the rhodium wears off and it looks like a chain that’s been put in a blender. Oh their customer service is garbage too and they’re overpriced on the per gram price in comparison to HWC and Jacoje.
@@melissanacional9662 I’ll never do business with them. Every single piece I own is Jacoje stamped for a reason. 4mm diamond cut Franco, 5mm heavy link, 6mm rope, 5mm 18k ring, large diamond flooded angel pendant 🙏
@@melissanacional9662 either way, Jacoje’s Franco’s are tighter links and more gram weight by size. You get more for your money without controversial practices.
They get them from the same manufacturer. From what I’ve seen Jacoje will market a 3.1mm chain as 3mm vs. Saints rounding up with a 2.8mm saying it’s 3mm which is why the Jacoje ones are heavier. Glad you like your pieces!
