Where to farm Curseblade's Cirque and Ascetic's Set - Elden Ring DLC

that's pretty crazy if it is true and it would maybe explain why some people are getting unusually long drops on this but I was unable to notice while farming

I've gotten the pants, gauntlets, mask, and weapon from the curseblade at the beginning of the DLC

@@unforgiven1889 at the beginning of the DLC, after you spawn in from the withered arm. Just go forward and a curseblade will drop down from a small arch

Increasing your arcane might help

probably 4% or something low I did it with minimum arcane, no item discovery items and only the Silver Scarab talisman (which I would highly recommend using for any items you need to farm). Doing this I got 3 weapons and the set within about an hour. if it starts taking too long pop some buffs that will increase item discovery, use the talisman or try to wear some arcane boosting items as arcane will also improve item discovery. Here are the stats for useful buff items as well as the item discovery increases you will get when you use them Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot (+50 for 3min) Silver Scarab (+75)

Ain't no way it's 4% IT took me 247 times for it to drop once​@SoloVSAnything

@@Ringoroadagain6 was just a guess but most commonly rare weapons from enemies will be 4% such as Haligtree Crest Greatshield. It would make the most sense if this item was 4% although there are no stats listed anywhere I could find. There are some items though such as Envoy’s Greathorn that will be a 2% drop rate or even the Magma blade which is at 1% drop rate. Theoretically though compared to for example runescape drop rates this is a walk in the park especially considering we can buff our rates but regardless 247 is a real grind and i really respect that dedication you've been gaming

yes the helmet is called "Curseblade Mask"

I just tried researching this and couldn't find the specific name but what I could find is them being listed as "Curseblade" enemies. I don't know if they have a specific name beyond that but they seemingly can be referred to mainly just as Curseblades

yeah i recorded this like 30 minutes into the DLC, if you kill the Blackgaol Knight before you go to the Scorched Ruins site of grace Miyazaki actually has you backtrack to the other side of the ruins for the one map in the area. Instead I went straight up to the Dancing Lion boss he is really easy to get to and kill without the map buff
