@Amy Marie Isherwood I think the quality and quantity is pretty good. They send me the expireds and FSBO'S every morning so the quantity varies. So far most of the numbers they have provided are correct. My challenge is actually using the resources and making the calls!

I think that is only a good idea to pay for leads is if you know the scripts to the teeth. Many new agents need leads, they get them because they pay and then they don't know what to say

In my classes I was told it was illegal to contact for sale by owners , unless you have a buyer that is interested in their home.

The chances of you having a buyer for a particular FSBO is like finding a needle in a haystack. For sale by owners will always be a source of hot leads for you to contact and everyone knows that that's why there are FSBO scripts. Every top producer and real estate coach will tell you that two sources of HOT leads are FSBOs and Expireds. I've gotten many FSBO listings because I call from a position to offer help and after speaking with them for a few minutes they realize that working with me will get them better results because of the value I have provided them. Moral of the story: Call FSBOs lol

What's the name of the subscription service to get the expired lead info?

It will be on your MLS. If your licensed you have to sign onto a real estate board. - they'll provide you with access to the MLS. My board fees were pretty pricy. $1,600 for the first year. And I think $1300/yr after that. Depending on what system/format your MLS is in, it might give you a daily expired tab. Or when you use the search within the MLS you can filter by expired.

Ask your company if they provide you with the software that does it for you automatically. If they don't, then look for your states Do not call list registry or the federal do not call registry.

Yes, but check the number against the Do Not Call list before calling so that you can protect yourself from getting sued.

If you represent both the buyer and the seller, you keep the whole commission. If you only represent one client then the other agent is entitled to their piece of the commission.

I just use Mojo for the 3 line dialer, I've never bought any of their leads. I've only used Redx, Vulcan7 and Espresso agent.. and the best I'd have to say is Vulcan7.
