finally someone who knows where they are! Thanks for the help I tried googling it but all the websites are about *how* to change outfits not *where* to find them...
Go to your pause menu and look at the list of materials, it'll say where they may be found. Sometimes side quest will give you the items you're looking for without realizing it.
