I recently moved to the Sabino Canyon area of Foothills, from out of state, and I absolutely love it! Close to nature and hiking, and shopping, I think it’s really well located. A bit less traffic, density of population, and more space than other parts of town. Best decision I ever made. Love it here in Arizona!
Hi Eliziah! We love it here in Tucson.. We moved from Seattle after visiting in February one year and saw the Cacti flowering! Would love the opportunity to help you make that move!
Earlier this year, I applied for a BPA position in the Southwest region of the country. And between El Paso, TX and Tucson, AZ, Tucson seems better for me being homebred in NYC. So it’s interesting watching your videos (and others) to learn about Tucson. Thank you!
Hello Candy! We'd love the opportunity to help you make that move! Our oldest son just moved to FL and the insurance was insane on their house. You can reach us at 520-900-8323 or use the Calendly link in the pinned comment to schedule a zoom call.
Hey Carlo! Those are great areas and I didn’t leave them out! At the time of this video Central which includes all those areas was our #1 area that our buyers ask us about. I would love to do a video breaking down Central into those areas you mentioned. Help me out by telling me what you love most about those areas and I’ll us that for an upcoming video. Heck if you live there and want to be in the video sharing why you love it there that would be super cool too. Let me know. Thanks Carlo!!!
Hey Tony, Tucson has a wide variety of areas that have HOAs and many that do not have HOAs. You can usually tell as soon as you enter one that does not have an HOA. Are you thinking about an area that doesn't have an HOA?
Thanks Dylan! We love the east side too. That's going to be in a upcoming video where we'll visit the Tangue Verde area. I've already shot most of the video, next is to get it to editing!
There is shopping in Vail/Rita Ranch. Safeway and a Fry’s for Food shopping, and a Walmartand various fast food places like McDonalds. There are restaurants for Mexican Food and Chinese, as well as TAI. There is Wings place to eat with Pizza places to eat at. Places to get your car fixed as well as Haircut places etc etc etc.
There is a few stray kitties off Broadway and N Beverly at the At Home parking lot that need help if anyone is in the area. They are grey and white. They come out around dusk on the the side of At Home. Had to leave to help out my mom:( I could pay anyone that can prove they feed them
Hey KC, thanks for watching our videos! We really appreciate it. The Prince area is just north of the Winterhaven area which is super popular. Niche (dot) com rates Prince as a solid "A"! If you'd like us to see what's available there for you feel free to call/text and we'd be happy to help you out!
I have checked out Tucson AZ in detail. Vail is much better to avoid the traffic in Oro valley. I suggested that a New Jewish community should be established where there is privacy and security. Apparently Oro valley and Marina are more expensive and more traffic than Vail. As a renter I plan to move to east Tucson AZ mainly east of Wilmot Rd for the perfect balance of price, quality and security. Sunrise Rd and the foothills are more expensive. Campbell Rd near north has small apartment space.
Hey Timothy, thanks for the comment. I have people tell me they use a website neighborhoodscout to research crime statistics. When you're looking at the maps you'll see quite a wide variety of areas that may fit your needs. Feel free to give us a call if you like.
Can I give you a big tip? Rent for the first year you live in Tucson. It gives you time to find a house near where you work and things you like to do for recreation. You drive in Tucson constantly because it's all spread out. You don't want to buy a house far from work with long daily commutes or far from that place that has those hiking trails you love.
Thanks for the comment! We are seeing a lot of people cashing in on the equity of their CA homes and relocating here to Tucson because of the cost of living here. We get a lot from CA, WA, IL, CO, OR and FL.
I don't know if I'm going to have the guts to be all by myself in AZ. If I stay in CA, at least I'll be near my daughter, but I don't know what to do so I'm in a bind really. I will just sell my house and I'll rent for a little while until I can figure it out.
Tucson is a dead core with new roads all around it. Unfortunately there is no hope for this town, the citizens have continually refused to allow the building of new highways through the town, and as a result instead of saving it, they've forced it to die as new businesses run to the outskirts. People have done this to themselves, the town is a cesspool and the outskirts will fail as well. Tucson suffers from a simple truth, it is in the middle of nowhere and has no way of changing that. It simply adds a two hour drive to anywhere you want to go, and the only road in or out is I10, and an accident on that road means traffic is backed up for hours. If you want to live in complete isolation from the rest of the world, this is the place to be.
want to move back was there in91 -93.. looking for ranch / acres must be non open ranch... on outskirts o town... or something away can build garage for 50 cars... / or a large building like a closed walmart / dicks sporting goods so on to convert in my home car collection...
How do you like the hilly neighborhood west of Silverbell Rd that abuts Pima Community College West Campus, Santiago Hills, Mecedora Estates, Westwood Hills?
Thanks for the input, I appreciate it. I think I have the volume good now and y editor is starting to learn my style. Good input in the music. I’ll let him know.
I'll make sure to put together a video on that area in the future. We've sold some amazing historical homes there! If there's something you're looking for, let us know and we'll do our darndest to find it for you!
