Very good, but what about North Venice? Many communities of homes, condos and villas surrounded by golf courses make it a great area for retirees, either full time or as snowbirds. Many new homes are being built in new communities by the major developers. Close to I-75, this area makes for quick access to Sarasota and other cities along I-75.
Hey thanks for the comment. I'll do a separate video and more on Englewood soon! This was focused in high-level Venice highlights (as most would think of Venice when talking about Wellen). Plenty more to come in the future. Thanks!
I just moved in from the cold after thirty years I came home, my family are still here I’m pure red ,are the people and the state worried about all the people moving from Ny York and the upper north gonna turn the state blue and there crazy politics gonna destroy the state... just curious
@@benedictdonald4338 , seems like NY and California are doing this exodus on purpose to grab these states, they did it to Colorado, God help us because we have nothing but spineless republicans who won’t do nothing for us
@@benedictdonald4338 not gonna happen a red tsunami is coming we’re taking America back from evil people like yourself better yet just move to China 🇨🇳 and take your fk socialist mind with you go trump go America stop abortion and save a life
@@ICBRealEstate The area of Sarasota in my opinion is hands down nicer, safer and cleaner than Fort Myers. The water and beaches are superior to Ft Myers. Venice and Manasota Key are beautiful as is Seista Key.
Yeah the average age is definitely higher in Venice, but there are also several major schools right in or slightly outside of the island (Venice, Laurel Nokomis, etc). All of those kids for the most part have to live in close proximity. I'd say trying to stay in an amenity laden community would help with that or consider South Sarasota as well. I'm with you though, it's a special area. One of my favorites next to Lido/South Longboat. Thanks for the comment!
