Where to stay at Heathrow Airport? To answer this question we decided to start at The Hilton Garden Inn at Terminal 2 as this is most likely where Virgin/ British Airways will be flying from for America/Florida.

Loved this vlog! Gave us so much holiday vibes we have all missed over the last 18 months. Fingers crossed you can get out this year. We fly with BA - MCO from T5 in April next year. Flight from Abz to Lhr lands at T5 so hopefully they won't change it. Take care guys xxx

Yay!!! Hello from Seattle. I'm a huge Disney fan, too! Just found your channel because of this video. We're hoping stay here on either end of our trip to London, spring 2022. Our 17 yo son is a plane spotter and photographer, so this hotel is a MUST for us! He can't wait to visit Heathrow Airport and the plane spotting park at Myrtle Avenue. You are just THE BEST!!!! OMG that runway bar looks STUNNING, especially as it overlooks the best part of the runway, so you can see both landing and take-offs, along with the overview of Terminals 2, 3 and maybe 4 & 5...in other words itll be EPIC!!! You are so right about needed that all important Disney fix, if we win the lottery we are paying for you guys to complete all Disney parks, we know thats a bucket list of yours :-) Thank you so much for watching and always being so supportive, we hope you have a fantastic weekend #DoWhatMakesYouHappy

It felt really nostalgic when you were driving through the tunnel on your approach as a few years ago I lived near to H’row. Regularly used that tunnel when i was flying (domestically) with work, and when my husband & I did a West Coast USA trip. Thank you for doing this - it really felt like a travel day. So wish you were actually getting on a plane so we’d have more to follow! Lovely looking hotel though! x

I and my wife to be walked that tunnel in 1957. She grew up in Hayes, during the war, and I was a young GI stationed at RAF Chicksands. We would come down from Luton to visit London and then go to Hayes. Have pictures of LHR's viewing area that I took.

Stayed there just after it opened , dropped my rental car off at Hertz then got the bus to the terminal and walked over , loved the fact it was walkable . I thought there was a roof deck to view the runway but maybe not.

No you are absolutely right mate, the Runway rooftop bar was currently closed during our visit, but jeeeeeez that'll offer some truly stunning views, especially those that love plane watching :-) Just wanna say a massive thanks again for always being so supportive Bazza, you are truly a gent, thank you so so much. Just found you guys and love your vlogs. I'm travelling to the maldives, March 22. I don't care if our flight is 13:10 and we only live a hour from Manchester Airport I'm still booking into a hotel the night before lol it makes my holiday start that little bit sooner and we can then sit back and relax 😆

Thanks for the detailed review👍👍. Yes, you did overlook the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class Wing and once Terminal 3 reopens fully, Upper Class passengers can be dropped off at the top of the ramp and then use a dedicated security line before making their way through the Terminal to the Virgin Clubhouse

this was great!! we are due to fly from Heathrow in October to Florida and ive been worrying about where to stay pre-travel day. As like everyone else we are so used to Gatwick & Bloc hotel so ive been stressing over not knowing where we will be going or the best place to stay at Heathrow so thank you so much for this video and helping us all out xx

You are so welcome Tori, and we are the same as you, so used to Gatwick (Hope Virgin returns there) but excited to try Heathrow for real, new lounges, Hilton Hotel is the BEST for convenience and runway views. The rooftop bar will be stunning once open 🍸🍷 We LOVED the Bloc, fantastic hotel. Thank you so much for watching it's nice to see another Disney fan in the same Gatwick/Heathrow dilemma as us lol, but honestly this is a fab hotel 🙌

Hey Disney, This hotel would be perfect for your family, especially for the convenience and close proximity to the terminal with the undercover walkway. During our stay we did not notice anything for young children to do such as soft play areas and this hotel does not have a swimming pool. Hilton T5 is awesome. Hilton T4 is okay. Mind you, Hilton T5 isn’t really at T5 but you will have to catch a HotelHoppa shuttle bus to get there.

we have booked to stay here in April 2022 the night before our month long holiday to our favourite place on earth, Our flight with Virgin is from Terminal 3.Is it easy to get there from this hotel?

Hey Darren, When we visited Terminal 3 was closed, but we are going back in a few weeks to try out another hotel which is located inside Terminal 3 so will give you the heads up. Unfortunately terminal 3 was closed when we went, but we are planning to return for another hotel review real soon, so will let you know. I believe there is a bus that takes guests between each terminal and they are all really close to each other so im sure its not too much of an issue. Thanks for watching and commenting :-)

Gotta ask you something……Is this the first flying holiday that you’ve ever been on?? Far too gushing & over-excited about what is essentially a very basic product, from start to finish😳Sorry, but that hotel is nothing to write home about🙄
