Richmond, BC is basically asia concentrated in one town outside of Vancouver - so yes, you will find a LOT Of options for different asian cuisine, but especially chinese food
I would also recommend going for a afternoon or evening out trip in steveston! There’s lots of bakerys, ice cream shops a park and a beach at Garry point. There’s also a bunch or great restaurants (Britannia, ora sushi, pajo’s fish and chips) as well as walking paths the dyke and a museums!
Other than Peanuts, which stalls did the other food come from at the Richmond Public Market? I'm assuming the rice roll is from Hei Hei? What about the chili wontons and the baozi?
Awesome video. Being a local Vancouverite, you make me want to do a staycation to your cool hotel. And that shirt you wore at Cask deserves a special shout out.
I hadn’t been to the Richmond public market in so long that I forgot about it 😬 but recently went because I saw you got rice rolls there and I love rice rolls more than anyone will know
@@gunnarolla night Market has a doggo treats booth where the owner's poodle has decided to operate its own petting booth. Doggo comes up for pets without any prompting. Don't know if they still there 🤔. They have him leashed in the back of the stall but I guess the doggo was bored and decided to interact with strangers. They left him on a long enough leash he has mobility while the owners sell homemade treats. And he wanders back and forth. Sometimes to interact with strangers and sometimes to ah take a break. I swear he was trying to convince us to buy from his owner. My friend got a treat for her own doggo.
i live not far from richmond! i'll certainly keep your recs in mind whenever i'm there. :) though i'm sure that fancy hotel is well out of my price range, haha
@gunnarolla thank you for sharing the video and good eats. I’m planning on staying at that hotel. May I ask what the room type shown in your video? Is it a superior or deluxe room? Thank you in advance!
