Because Peru is a mixture of Andean, Latin, and African influence. That’s not even taking into account contemporary music and my music taste and style I’d like to include in my videos

I'm from Lima-Perú. That kind of music is pretty accurate actually. Lima is a former colonial city with a mixture of Ichma (Pre-Colombian South-American) culture, Castile Spanish (European) culture, Angolan (African) culture and Chinese and Japanese (Asian) cultures. But this city is traditionally more Hispanic, let's say CREOLE, so music genres like valse, bolero, polka, tango, are the most traditional here in the capital. Now, the andean cities are in another side of the spectre of this multicultural country, and also amazonian cities are a completely different thing. Conclusion: that music is accurate, including the urban beat because the hip-hop/urban movement here is HUGE.
