“Days of future past” Logan is in “Logan”. But he’s the Logan that lived a different life once he changed the future in “future past”… He lived 2 lives. That’s the Wolverine that came into professor x room at the end of “days of future past” because he didn’t remember the history cause he lived the other life in x-men thru “the wolverine”. He’s considered different at the end of future past because he changed the future.

@@MovieFilesDo you also think the Logan movie is an alternate timeline? Coz l think the same. I think the Logan movie is a branched one from the original timeline, which means either Logan movie occurs After the Wolverine movie (2013) or it happens After the sentinels butchered all mutants, which means Logan and a few survided! The revised timeline is from dofp 73 down until Deadpool 3.. Coz if Logan movie happens in the same revised timeline the dofp happy ending wouldn't make sense.

They retconned it so that it’s Logan has always been the same Logan from X-Men, X2, Days of Futures past and Deadpool it’s all the same timeline Fox has always fucked up the X-men so I’m really glad they’re back with the MCU

I believe that the days of future past Logan would go on to become an age of apocalypse Logan. I don’t know if this is the one we see in Deadpool and wolverine, but it is a possibility.

The Logan from the past x men movies *is* Logan from “Logan”. It’s a standalone movie cause it’s not an X-men movie, it’s just about Wolverine.

Yeah, but he’s right the Logan in Deadpool and Wolverine should’ve been the Logan from the fox universe, Logan takes place in 2029 and Deadpool and Wolverine takes place in 2024, they could’ve just said the Wolverine in D&W was the Wolverine before Logan took place

I always took it that it was the same Wolverine all the way from that first X-Men to Logan just makes sense and makes Logan that much better even imo

I think the Wolverine on Deadpool Wolverine is the same wolverine from days of future past during the movie when the evil twin of Xavier invaded Logan‘s mind, we saw scenes from previous X-Men especially the scene where Logan fights soldier on that scene from X2 flashbacks so basically this is probably the same Logan from from the original X-Men trilogy and days of future past

Technically it should be a Days of Future Past variant where he didn't help or failed this is based on a few flashbacks wolverine has in the Deadpool and Wolverine movie. But its not exact, i could ne wrong and still unknown.

I think it’s days of future pass Logan from the as far as we know, we see when the evil twin of Xavier invades Logan‘s mind we see flashbacks from previous things scenes from the X-Men trilogy and future past basically this is probably the Logan we know from who changed the future Where the sentinels don’t exist, but in the price loses the X-Men instead of losing humanity when he changed the past and with a new future, it still didn’t have a happy ending. That’s probably why the Logan we see in Deadpool and Wolverine that he changes the past, but messed upin the new future any can’t turn back the time

I have head cannons whenever the logic or canon is confusing or not explained. My head canon is that old Logan is the same as DOFP Logan. But if I did look at the movie Logan as a stand alone it only makes the D&W movie that much more confusing so for the sake of my sanity, they’re all the same. (Except the one in D&W lol)

Just because it was a stand alone film does not mean it isn’t still in the same universe as the other ones, no where did Hugh say that, that was the Wolverine we had been following for years and it was a great end to a great character, end of story bro

The director stated that’s it’s a separate timeline and story with Easter eggs and nods to what came before, it’s almost like a what if comic

Logan's place in the X-Men timeline has been confirmed by Mangold. According to the director, Jackman's love letter to Wolverine takes place approximately five years after the conclusion of X-Men: Days of Future Past, around the year 2029. While there are small differences between the films' respective worlds, Mangold wanted to keep the established continuity while still having the creative freedom to say a proper goodbye to Wolverine, thus deciding to end Wolverine's story within the Days of Future Past timeline.

I have all the movies watched all the special behind the scenes I have all the comics Hugh Jackman the wolverine poster is tattooed on my arm I live breath wolverine. Hugh Jackman wolverine is my favorite marvel movie character and wolverine has been my favorite comic book character since the 80s.

Good question but you're incorrect. There are 2 scenes in Logan that confirms its the X-Men wolverine. For 1 in Logan you can see the sword that logan received after Hiroshima in their hideout. And secondly Charles asks Logan about the events at the statue of Liberty in Logan at the hideout.

But didn’t Days of future past, erase the previous events such as what happened in 2000 X-Men? I took those moments as Easter eggs, nods to what came before.

@@MovieFiles well the sword was before days of future past and I'm thinking that the events at the Statue of Liberty also happened but just a bit differently. There was obviously the X-Men and the mansion in Logan so.... Time travel isn't even real and it's already beyond confusing.😂

In DP3, they said that Logan Wolverine is the same Wolverine that exists in Deadpool’s universe. But because Logan died, DPs universe started to die. Our Wolverine IS days of future past AND Logan wolverine.
