Wembley cup has gone to shit since Spencer decided to involve hastag, it took the fun part out of it, hopefully next year will just be legends and youtubers

You know what I love about this podcast? It’s literally just two mates chatting, they’re not worried about the consequences of what they say, they’re just honest.
Honestly i would love too see 4 all RU-vid teams if ye cld make that happen not even at wembely and just play no money no charity just a trophy and a stream 40 RU-vidrs and 4 legends + 5 subs per team this would be amazing. Because wembly cup was very dead lets be honest
XO defo had the most mixed ability team with lots of RU-vidrs which I loved; They were my favourites to win. But at they same time, I felt it was so unfair. Because you do have Hashtag and Rebel who do play practically every week. They were choosing not to play their youtubers for long, unlike XO who were doing it for a laugh with their mates (as true geordie said in the latest XO video) ChrisMD was probably one of the youtubers that I was looking forward to see play. He only played around 10 mins max and I think people would class him as the best "youtuber" out of the pick they had to choose from. Felt sorry for him since he had to travel from Jersey aswell. I felt bad for Weller because he hardly played. I feel like XO were the most geniune and exciting team to watch play. As Simon was saying, I would of liked to have seen more youtubers playing as I don't really watch rebel or hashtag so I'm not sure on all of the players. Simon's suggestion of 4 teams full of RU-vidrs was great. Defo something this platform needs atm (sick of boxing😂) and something I think will attract a lot of interest.
Favourite to win means most likely to win, not the one you want to win btw. If XO were your most likely to win, I think you need to rethink that.. Agree with the rest of it though!

I really think you should take your own advice when it comes to picking teams (if you do the charity match again) I think you should split the sidemen into 2 teams (3 & 4)and get a pool of 30-40 you tubers that each team can draft from, either live on stream or make a video out of it. You can draft by position so there wouldn’t be someone being picked “last” you can start with strikers, then mid fielders, then defensive backs, and lastly you can pick goal keepers. You can decide who gets the first pick between the two teams by doing some type of crossbar challenge, or something like that. I really think if you did it this way you would get more people to show up to the event. This is just my opinion, if anyone else agrees and wants to see something like this let’s get the likes up on it so Simon can see this!
If I want to watch competitive football, I’ll watch the champions league, if I want to see people I like, I want to watch RU-vidr matches. Just my opinion.
agreed. i watched to see XO play football. they played for 30 seconds. what's the point? if i wanted to watch randomers i've never heard of, i'd watch a real team play.
I honestly believe that next year they should do “Team Captains” where you have like Spencer vs F2 and have a drafting style of a crap ton of different youtubers and some legends. I think that would make for an awesome Wembley Cup!
The XO guys wanted too okay but because the other teams had so many good players and not youtubers they decided to only play 5 minutes for there team to have a chance. Will admitted it they lost because of him. I agree they should be a hell of a lot more youtubers in the Wembley cup but I don’t blame XO for one second for only coming onto the pitch for 5 minutes.
I think spencer watched the most recent sidemen charity match and was like FKK THAT, honestly that specific sidemen charity match was sooooo pathetic, I can’t believe I stayed up to watch 20 sitters missed. I for one was not entertained and rather frustrated at that match
Well this ruined my chances of getting on a squad cause my 2nd channel that focuses on soccer/football only has 5 subs :/ I will guarantee that I am better than any of them though.
