Most of the builds have the corresponding features so there’s no point in Toyota wasting money on orders just to have the buyer back out or go with something else.
My 2020 SR5 TRD OFF ROAD DC. With the SR5 upgrade package. Minimal tech. Larger fuel tank, bulletproof drive train ,5.7 V8. All for under 45 K !! Keeping it forever.
I have a 2018 Tacoma Off Road & the back seat space is a deal breaker w two toddlers. I was looking into the 1794 but also has a lot of configurations like the limited, it be cool if you made a video solely on the different specs of the 1794!
I have quite a few times. All the luxury features are standard: JBL Pano roof Genuine leather seats (heated ventilated memory) Power folding/auto dimming mirrors Digital rear view mirror 14inch screen Digital gauge cluster Soft touch surfaces Acoustic windshield Auto leveling headlights Sequential tail lights Bed lights/outlet 360 camera Optional: TRD Off road package Avs /load leveling rear height suspension HUD Interior color choice (saddle brown/cream) Iforce or iforce max 2wd or 4wd Crewmax w/ 5.5ft bed or Crewmax w/ 6.6ft bed Thats the major things. Head over to the toyota website and hit build and price. You will find a full spec detail option. That will show you absolutely everything.
Guys I understand the nostalgia feeling of cheap affordable cars , and gas and rent and food etc etc etc but we are half through 2024 the world is a shit hole that could be glowing in the dark any day now so as adults we need to pull up our pants and accept the consequences that have occurred within the last few years
@@johnfranktullo3463 what? I got my better 2016 Tundra for 20 grand instead of spending 60 on a worse vehicle (for us). Not sure how that isn’t valid for most people still. We’re not pining for model As over here haha.
@@chazlyle41 son get off the crack u make no sense in 2016 i was paying 1.80 a gallon for gas but this nasty lil thing called inflation came its never ever going back to that same as in car prices and everything else
Having looked at the prices the other day. And having sat in a sr5 while waiting for my taco. I would go with the sr5 tundra. Add what I wanted later, which is not much.
I commented this on a more recent video but it’s more appropriate here. From a practical standpoint I think I finally have the build for me: SR5 Crewmax TRD off road at the lowest priced TRD option, the SR5 convenience package, all weather matts. Usually find this with a few other doo dads. This seems like a modest yet comfortable and capable truck. I’d add after market heated seat covers and be happy. See em up here in the northeast for $54,000 or a bit under that. I’ve got a first gen Tacoma I’d sell for $8,000. Use that as the down payment. What do you think? EDIT: 5.5 foot bed for parking ease. I’d use a trailer for lumber runs so I’m fine with the shorter bed.
This is exactly what I did. The only thing I regret is not getting the 360 camera system. Just went to Moab with everything stock and really wish I added this. Truck did great though!
On my way to pick up a new 2024 Tundra now! had a deposit on it for a month waiting for it to come in. my 23 limited army green was totaled after owning it for 2 months (all documented on my channel) This new 2024 limited crewmax with trd offroad package, pano roof, jbl, premium package, power package, heated leather wheel, all weather matts and black tailgate insert. In Lunar rock!! super pumped about this one.
Great video Tundra Dude 34👍& subscribed. New to Toyotas(35+yrs. of GM).Impressed w/ the Tundras so its time to buy one. Looking for 2024 Tundra w/I Force twin turbo V6 engine(no hybrid).Magnetic Gray Metallic color w/ Black Softex-trimmed interior(no leather).Want the TRD off road pkg.(+$5,495) which comes to $64,250 w/delivery + tax+dealer fees. I've looked around locally & found similar ones but almost everyone has the added $4K 3" lift & no panoramic roof. So my question is if I go to the dealer & tell them what I want , can they search & find me one or have one built . Not sure how Toyota dealers work , so i'm asking any recent Tundra buyers out there who dealt w/ dealers w/ the same situation i'm in what happened & how long of wait it took to get one either a build or finding you one & any extra costs that were added on your sale. Thanks
SR5 4X4 TRD Offroad seems to be the most for the money. That screen is worthless. The complexity is a turnoff. Save us money and stop putting this into our vehicles as a standard feature.
IRS TAX chart just posted - your paycheck will be taxed more 2024. You’ll be making less next year, be prepared and adjust what you “think” you can afford.
The year is 2063..Electric trucks now convert to boats and small airplanes..2021 Tundra owners are still keeping their V8s on 35s, black 20s, level kit and TRD grill 😂🤡
I think the older style is ugly. This is the first tundra that actually looks good and the only reason I’m considering it. And why I went ford in 2017. Idc how “good” Toyota is, I can afford repairs if necessary. It’s all about the looks/ features to me.
Loving recent purchase of my loaded 2024 SR5 with the XP package which I hear only available in south. Have the 20 inch TRD wheels black, all badges blacked out. Softex seats, premium package and convenience package. Bed liner. Only thing I wish I had was the 14 inch screen, essentially it has most of everything. $6k under MSRP (below invoice) and dealer bought down my rate 1%. Feel like I got a great deal and love the truck. Coming from 2011 platinum I miss some of the high end features but man this is a great truck. Bed cover and kick step going on next week to add some love. Couldn’t find a limited TRD here in North Florida. Happy with my loaded SR5.
Phenomenal video! Exactly what I have been looking for as I'm torn between SR5 with upgrades vs Limited. Ironically I prefer the double cab on both as it appears to have more payload that I need since I'm pulling a camper with 1000 lb tongue weight. Thought I was going SR5 but based off what you just covered I do believe Limited might be my best bet. Thanks for putting together such a good video.
@@TundraDude34 I believe you mention option 26 as having the 3" lift, did they move or drop that as I can't find the 3" lift option and something I would really like to have. What package of Tundra do you own?
I just did a quick build on the toyota website. For double cab, the Limited has the 3 inch lift for package 23 and 24. For SR5, it would only let me add a trd 3 inch lift if it was crewmax
Last week I bought a Platinum Crewmax for $3000 off MSRP. For low 60’s all the Platinum options are better than loading a Limited. Didn’t worry about the TRD package because the Icon Stage 2 lift goes on next week🤘🏼
Depends on where you go. Some dealers are still over msrp, many are under. For instance, I walked Warrenton Toyota in Va last week, and they were at or under msrp. This past Sunday, I was in Doylestown PA at Thompson Toyota and they were under msrp on all the Tundras.
@@TundraDude34I'm not in a big hurry so I can pretty easily find out if my local dealers want to sell or not. I can just leave and see if they call later with a better offer. If not, I know they aren't dealing! Not sure if it helps or hurts, but I'd probably be looking at a Limited or 1794.
