I've got a late "99 crew cab dually that I use to pull my fifth wheel and it does a great job! I do have a question though, I have your tunes on my hydra and the other day I fired the truck up to put it on a high idle tune to warm the truck up quicker, but the tuner was stuck on tune #5 "daily driver tune". I turned the truck off and let it sit for a couple of minutes and fired it back up and it did the same thing. I was kinda worried that something was going on, so I turned the truck back off and let it sit for an hour or two. I came back a couple hours later and fired it up and the tuner worked as it should. Is there anything that you would recommend to check for the tuner being stuck and not cycling through tunes?

In regards to changing the tunes, most of the time if we have issues changing the tunes, it usually comes down to how the buttons are being pressed. The displays have an adjustable brightness setting. To adjust the brightness on the display, you hold up or down (up for brighter, down for dimmer) for over 2 seconds and release, the display will change brightness. If you linger on the button longer than it takes to change the tune, but not long enough to adjust the brightness, the tuner will do nothing. The best way to determine if button clicks are being registered is to adjust the brightness up and down. If we can consistently adjust the brightness, we know we have functioning buttons. It breaks down like this: A button press of 0 to 500 milliseconds (up to 1/2 Second) = Level change A button press of 500 to 2000 milliseconds (between 1/2 Second and 2 Seconds) = No action A button press of 2000+ milliseconds (2 Seconds or longer) = LED Brightness change

@@PowerHungryPerformance Thanks...didn't know that. Wondered why sometimes mine didn't want to adjust, but when I tried it again, then it would work fine.
