First of all bread started becoming popular in India because of easy access and cost. Secondly if I had to make bread at home, I would choose to make Roti or idli or something else from scratch 😂
Exactly it not just only tastes better but alsoo so satisfying (whole family especially the elder ones)...its ok for some occasional uses like kitty parties or friends get together etc...!!
@@gsrigouri2401 cook is for privileged people, not everyone hires a cook. Their channel should promote more Indian food instead of promoting western cuisine. We have plenty of healthy Indian substitutes, bread is not a necessity
Actually bread is not Indian food. So we don't use any white and brown bread. Indian food is already delicious and available anywhere easily. I love Indian food. Proud to be an Indian.
Not every brown bread are same i have found a bread with whole wheat written in ingredient nd some bread also with wheat bran.. so i think it's healthy
I watch videos of people talking about bread and I am like at my home we don't even eat bread. A single packet lasts for a month. We consume roti and rice 🍚🌾 that's it. I think it's the same for majority of families in India and its healthy. Our Indian moms are so caring ❤
@@reshmadharani7798 We don't live on Sandwich?? It's a weekly thing in our household or we eat when we feel like it. Not everyday lol. Indians got too much influenced from western people. Bread is easy to eat whereas roti ,you have to make it. But Roti is much more healthy than bread.
When use the words like ‘clean’ and ‘toxic’ for foods it promotes unhealthy relationship with food. The best advice about nutrition I have heard on YT is “think what you can add to your meals and not subtract from”. So, if you take one or two white bread, add some protein (egg, paneer, peanut butter) and some raw veggies you have a good meal which will keep you full. However, if you eat half a loaf of “clean” homemade bread, you are still eating empty carbs. The more you restrict yourself from eating a particular kind of food, the more you will crave it. At least that’s true in my case.
Thank you! This! People are just promoting unhealthy relationships with food. Don't eat bread this don't eat pasta that. I'm sick of it Unless you have a medical condition you don't need to completely cut foods from your diet, especially if you like the taste
Those are not completely healthy as well.. Just 70% healthy... because sugar preservatives, stabilizers, etc are still used.. Don't have more than twice a month... Once in 15 days is good.. 👌
Hello dear your contents are really really meaningful and I have changed lots of my routines accordingly to that. I just have a request if you can make the videos with Arabic subtitles as well because I would love to share your contents with my family and friends they are Arab.

my local bakery sells atta bread, with zero use of maida. it's really amazing, i always buy that one. if you can find one in your area, i really recommend checking it out.
I'm really inspired by all your videos, and I actually appreciate you spilling out the facts, but honestly speaking no one has this much time, to make each and every thing at home. Especially like I talk about me, I'm a student and I live far away from my family. It's difficult to adapt these habits and food culture.

Thank you for sharing the recipe 🙏I tried this recipe, its nice, texture and taste is more like idli/vada than bread. The urad dal flavour is very dominant. not bad for first try 👍
Mam I like this video so much. I am a student. Mam I like Brown bread. Mam please as soon as possible tell to me how I or we can make or made homemade bread in home. You have mam simple and easy receipe of homemade bread. Then mam please tell and send to me homemade bread receipe. Thank you mam.
No, check out the brand "The Health Factory". They only use atta, sunflower oil(Hexane-free), gluten, vinegar, cane sugar, salt, yeast and water. See no palm oil, emulsifiers, preservatives, etc.. They are honest just like "The Whole Truth".
Maida comes from wheat and I'm okay with that. I enjoy having it with butter occasionally to help reduce the glycemic response and minimize glucose spikes.
