Which Brokerage Should I Join? | Best Real Estate Brokerages! 

Been with eXp, Redfin, Coldwell, KW and a boutique. Which one did I like the most, any one with the most listing agents in my office where I could leverage hosting the most open houses. I’m primarily a buyers agent and having a butt load of inventory to choose from helped drive my business growth. I once sold 3 homes in one month because I was able to hold 5 twilights m-f and 4 weekend open houses per week every week for six weeks In the same neighborhood. I circulated prospective clients around the same 5 houses of interest while building relationships and a custom home search for them. All my open houses were similar sqft, style and location so I could leverage all them with the same leads using private tours. I think whatever your nich is going to be based on what options the market is giving you, there may be a brokerage that is able to better accommodate your style of selling. Investor buyers are good too.

It’s not a perfect Brokerage by any stretch of the imagination, but they have definitely put agents in the best position For life after selling houses. If you are a go-getter, you will do well. Definitely agree that who you have as your sponsor is the most important decision you can make before joining.

When I initially joined exp I was so excited! Unfortunately, I ended up with a mentor who only had a year of experience and did not show any interest in showing me the ropes! I requested another and she wasn’t any better. I ended up leaving because I refuse to give part of my commission to someone with no interest in my success!

A friend of mine has been there for 5 years and was once making 50k a month so he decided to retire and guess what . Market slow down and now he’s back to selling. Exp is great but it’s all dependant on deals my friend. Nothing else

Got licensed about 1 month ago and join exp, come to realized it wasn’t the best choice for me as there no one pushing you to do anything since everything virtual. As for the sponsor he wasn’t much help all he wanted me to do is join a local team which didn’t work for my schedule. Once they realized I wasn’t gonna join they kinda push you always. Currently leaving exp for now

Hello, I'm a new agent and only in my first week with my broker. I went with the first agent that called me, which is Lyon real estate. From what I have heard, the training there is great. This is my first week and the fees are substantial. Yes they told me about some of them but not all. Especially the car insurance they want you to carry...way to much. They won't close to $4,000 a year to work there!
