Listen after looking at so many reviews of this product, I need HUDA to come up with a video and explain what her intentions are, OK, cuz we are 😕 😕 🙄

I think she did, maybe on Tik Tok, I saw her give a tutorial on it. Basically she uses it in conjunction with the loose setting powder underneath, bakes first then brightens with the powder only in select areas like the outer corner of the under eye, under the cheekbones to define the contour, the nose to define the nose contour and brighten. But she uses the loose powder to bake first, not use this instead of the loose powder. I think she said that’s why she called it different names, not sure. But I guess this is for the girls who want to be matte but have a brightness/luminosity to their face, as well as for touch ups during the day. But definitely not a replacement for the loose powder and not necessary if you have it already. That’s what I got from her video.

I was so shocked when the pink powder went viral, I have always used pink powder to set my concealer. I’m a neutral/cool undertone. The banana powders had me out here, out here lol smh. I had to learn. 🤦🏾‍♀️😂🤍

I believe mica is one of the first ingredients listed in the pressed powder version, which is what’s giving the luminosity

I don’t like that we have to go on with another power after. Regardless, you are just DARN GORGEOUS and that doesn’t matter. I’m gonna try this though, maybe not with the Huda. I’ll use the Westman Atelier, (something I already have) and the Fenty Cashew for reference. Love your honesty and how you show us how it appears after wearing.

I use the Ben nye pink powder. I would love to see you compare it with the Huds and Patrick one. I love the Ben nye pink one, it’s beautiful under the eyes.

That’s that mica that’s giving the shimmer/sheen. Oily girls and those who prefer a matte finish should stick with the loose powder.

Yea it's still very cute but that's what my makeup looks like after I've worn it for a few hours as an oily girl. And that's kind of weird since it's described as being good for on the go touch ups.

Maybe I'm a little blind but I don't see any shimmer. I do see the glowy look it gives and I think it looks great. I understand why you don't like it as someone that has oily skin. I have dry skin so I think this powder will be just right for me.

Have you tried or heard anything from Kim-Chi Cosmetics? I’ve been seeing a lot of things about their setting powder/spray, but I’ve also seen a decent amount of shade ranges in other things.

I’m watching videos of my faves trying to figure out why and how to use this powder because I bought it, and for a Huda product it’s underwhelming🙃 The pressed powder doesn’t last and is hard to apply so my conclusion is to just use the loose powder as well.
