Playing against a Leo on rank is either playing against someone who's main has been banned or playing against a pro player Leo main who knows a lot of tricks and will down us at 5 ciphers I swear 😞
True. There is no in between, he is either a baby who doesn't know what he is doing, or an absolute monster who will get 4 Terror shocks at 5 ciphers and tea bag you for fun.
@@SethUnwell he's a rescuers worst nightmare has someone who has faced multiple pro leo players on daily and duo hunters. And I'm not even a rescuer- but he's the worst of the worst, you have no genuine idea how many get terror shocked on the first minutes of a match with that guy. Like I hate the dream witch just as much as Mary and naiad but leo is a completely different breed, you either love him or hate him and there's no in between.

As a bonbon main, I would like to extend my apology for your bonbon PTSD. That being said, bonbon's bomb are not as spammy as surv mains think they are at no presence. You have to be strategic with your bomb placement and timing. And bonbon's skill cap is prolly in the top 5 in the game because of the mind games you can do with 5s bombs and bomb placements. One way to kite him is to mind game the hunter that you are going to one place, but then sidestep. Rmb, bonbon does not have any transitional abilities, so you have to just keep moving away. Make sure to pallet spam, bonbon can counter u easily by throwing a bomb at pallet area to make sure u dont pallet camp, and then quickly move away from the area. Oh and if your teammate gets downed fast, like
9:47 For me, Mad Eyes users ate a hit a miss. They can control ciphers really good and down survivors just with walls and end the match in 3 seconds, or their just really really, bad.
17:55 CLERK MENTIONED RAAAA 🛐🙏✨️💅 this is actually her first presence ability if you pallet stun her while she was recording you and ends the recording you are not able to interact with the pallet so you cant vault over, she also has a built in confined space if she vaults while recording herself so ALWAYS pay attention to her body. there are alot of windows where i vault go around the loop and dont stop the recording until the survivor is close to the window trying to loop again and bam i end the recording its closed off since they didnt pay attention.

I think it's most likely because of his appearance, and back story (which makes him out to be a weirdo?). Tbh, I'm not a fan of how he goes after Emma, but he seems funny lol, especially his emotes. Then again, most characters have done worse but are treated better. I bet it's because of his appearance more. Characters like Lawyer, Thief, Violetta, and etc. tend to be avoided by some (some not all) players because of what I have said before, appearance.
@@danielorlovaquinn literally!! and its cheaper to afford plus flaregun is so situational. I could understand the limited usage but it does so little when the hunter can predict it. The flashlight annoys the hunter more than the flaregun does i swear
whenever i hear Alva's little connect sound i instantly want to log out TwT he's like my secondary main but i just hate going against him cuz i know the match is probably gonna be a little longer
I used to be super bad against Wu Chang and I couldn’t understand how every single person was playing him and so well. My idea was to actually use him in customs and figure out how he worked and watching some people explaining how to kite him and all of a sudden I became decent enough at kiting him and he doesn’t make me panic like he used too. I feel to actually be “pro” at this game and get super high rank is to truly learn about every character, both survivor and hunter, or at least the most meta ones at the time.
Very witch is why i LOVE when people post in depth guides to characters they play you learn just soo much about how people play these characters and cool little tricks like recently i learned you can hold blink while while picking up a survivor and if you time it right can blink over a cowboys lasso so they cant rescue and i actually pulled it off in a match 💀

Also why i love watching pro play you see things you never would have thought of yourself and can implement it to your gameplay
As a naiad main, i understand why you wouldn't wanna play anymore. We can be extremly annoying with the water pools and if you don't pay attention, it's easy to get chaired. I barely know how to kite her myself even tho i know most of her tactics it's still sometimes extremly difficult. Great video
As a hermit main, early game can be tricky but as long as you're strategic enough with your cipher electricy placement, you can scare off survivors from cypherushing and wasting their self heals. Also, if they are running a build that increases the speed of chairs be careful when rescuing. They may stun you continuously until the chair flies off, and you'll be giving them a free oportunity to down you as you already have an electric reaction plus your teammates if they have the same polarity.

You should fear Naiad 😈😈 lol im jp (Lol i play Naiad) But like, Naiad is actually pretty easy to kite for me. You can say that's because I play as her and know her tricks, but she is not too bad to kite. Once she throws her harpoon, thats your signal to transition, once you transition, watch her to see when she'll dash at you and just dodge it, and always make sure to know where her puddle starts and where it'll end because she'll just insta down you. Also make sure to also be careful because a lot of Naiads run blink or patroller. (I havent tested this out but i think if you stay in a pallet area while Naiad runs a patroller you might be safe, because when they run patroller they try to drown you with her water then hit you.) But other than that I dont find her that hard to kite or go against. P.S. sorry for the long paragraph!

I feel like for naiad if is no presence u can kite her pretty easily If she uses patroller u can stun her out of it if ur a stunner or if ur next to window pallet just keep vaulting until the patroller time down When she throws her harpoon look to where it is and try to go behind it ?(?) Buz most of the times they will do the water thing and for her speed try not to be in open areas and for the dash turn to sides or flywheel
As a Disciple main I can tell that the best way to counter her is ALWAYS keep in mind where her cats goes and try to predict when she gonna jump. I know that it’s might be hard but the more you play against her the better it gets. Also when she has no presence she will try to place a cat on u or jump towards it to reduce distance, but if a first kiter just can dodge them and spam pallets when her cats are on cool-down you’l should be fine. Furthermore Batter and Prospector counter her Really well. Besides if you play as a stunner you can stun her when she just put her cats down early game so she can’t place them on you. Another thing DO NOT tight kite Disciple or you’ll die in 5 seconds, dodge her cats and then transition. Also she struggles with two-stories buildings and high long walls so keep that in mind. Important thing for rescuing: if you got hit before you can reach the chair and there is her cross - sell your teammate or let another person rescue. Also try to come for the rescue early if u don’t want it to be after half. (I’m sorry if this might be hard to follow, English isn’t my native language)

4:14 Peeper is really good with ripper because it slows survivors down, you can see them, and it makes it so much easier to hit them through walls. Its harder to avoid cause you don’t know where hunter is gonna hit and your slower.
On Naiad as a Naiad player since release but only recent Naiad ranker (from croc to manticore): it's really hard to explain but when someone knows how to deal with Naiad, idk how to deal with them lmao- people praise transitional kiting as the solution but it really depends on area and it also depends on what the Naiad is going for and as you've said I think she's a hunter that really benefits from playing both factions both playing as and against her. she's more game sense/mindgames than i feel people give her credit for. I feel like she's insanely hard to give tips on because it's almost more intuition than concrete rules. Its not as straight-forward as "sculptor is aiming so bait the statue before you vault" ahshs That being said I don't think she has map pressure (cipher control) unless the target kited near a currently decoded cipher that she can keep locking. her puddles also don't last that long to control ciphers in a truly meaningful way in my experience. she has some mobility but its not as good for aggressive playing as other hunters because she cant use her mobility AND use it for chase at the same time because the harpoon does not go that far (so you have to throw it where you want to go instead of where it could close off). and also you want to be near chair. her mobility feels like Geisha had her butterfly to go somewhere but in actual chase she has to just walk lol- her mobility also isnt enough to cross big distances (like to a gate from more than half across the map) in my experience. She has good anti-loop but despite that her chase itself is rather "slow". she has to retract her harpoon first to hit which takes a while and also makes her vulnerable to clutch items etc. yes she can water the new area off in like 8 seconds but yknow. cipher rush do be going. in my experience getting water dmg on someone without presence only ever happens if they rely on a good area that can be completely locked without being entirely visible that it is (like hospital or big boat) or i have patroller. her camp is great but not insanely scary until full presence (or patroller). but guess what - cipher's primed more often than not haha-
Adding this because I don’t think it’s something most people know, or if they do they may forget. If you miss the Wu bell calibration twice, as you said, you get your controls reversed. And if Wu siphons your soul, you can’t see other survivors nor interact with objects, which you also know. But if you get a siphoned soul and reverse controls at the same time, your movement speed is dramatically reduced. It’s hard to make happen in a normal match, so I don’t know if you’ve seen it yet, you could try it in custom.
For Ann if ur close to a pallet and she jumps towards you can flywheel in her direction and u cant get stunned this is good if ur close to a pallet and shes jumping towards u.. u can also flywheel when she calls back her cats and u cant use ur ability for 7 seconds or so
17:09 Clerk is really fun to play when you get the controls, and shes really good because her being able to reverse decoding time is by more then I expected because of the short time the recording is there. That not the only thing.
Honestly sangria is literally so op still but usually to kite her u kinda need to not get trapped in a place where she can warp to multiple stuff Like if u get hit or u can transition best to do it Usually stay near pallets and try to mindgame a vault so sangrias warp Hm Most if they do that theyll blink right after so they can hit 😭 so beware of that as well i also say u need to try her like nw or nightmare to kinda see her flaws so u can kite her pretty well
im excited for u to try playing bonbon one day bc he is kinda a difficult hunter when survivors know what they’re doing (his camp is amazing but it’s really difficult to get to that point in the first place if people know how to kite him)
I think I hate sangria, nightwatch Percy cause when they appear in my rank we would just lose ❤ i also dislike hermit cause like randoms cant cooperate and kite and the cipher progress is so bad which makes me wished i had picked doctor for that match
Nightmare rounds are pain because randoms cant seem to kite him like idk if i can kite one for 60s without getting hit why did did we still lose the moment he changed target?
22:37 A tip for knowing which Leech is for who, is to see the order of survivors. So its from left to right, and leech 1 is the first survivor on the left.
So I haven't watched the whole video,and will probably forget about it. But I want to share a fun fact with Wu Chang:if he teleports to a pallet you can stun him right? Well the teleport bell cancells the stunning animation so he can still hit you if on the same side. I dunno about the white form soul siphon but I experience the black form one plenty of times since I always forget about it/attempt and hope we're not on the same side. (he can also cancel the umbrella bring back animation with the bell and hit you)
HELP the bonbon 😭😭 Honestly i feel u if u play as a fast char or antiquarian is easy work but other than that Hes pretty annoying i say try ro mindgame the hunter going jn a place but changing to another also try to get a normal hit rather than bomb hit cuz his animations so slow and long
The only hunter I know how to kite is unironically Fools Gold because especially after his character day I've seen plenty of him. Oh, and Joseph. Maybe. Because most of the times for me it's an unskilled hunter that does maybe 1 photoworld and doesn't use the charged attack so I loop him around literally nothing or it's a very good and skilled person that gives dungeons. Had no bad experiences with Joseph. And my personal pain is my main - Geisha. The amount of times I've seen her in duo hunters and fell to her feet at 3-5 ciphers...ah. In duo with The Ripper she is my worst nightmare.
13:04 Like I said before on stream, you really need to know when, and where to throw your harpoons. Like When a survivor vaults a window that has no other ways to get around ( I think theres a word for that ) and you throw your harpoon, you waste time getting to the window retrieving it and vaulting the window. Thats just a small example
the only thing they need to do to make Joseph mains lives better is make his second skill get you back in time in last 17 secs instead of 15. it isn't that hard but it make infinite teleport possible to use. that's all i ask:,)
Ironically enough, even though my nickname is NightArt, Night Watch is the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE, I HATE HIM SO MUCH. I can never quite cut corners against him, no matter how much distance I have, and I SWEAR the speed boost he has is longer than 4 seconds, cause he vaults over everything in the map and STILL has some leftover speed boost. I hate how the slowdown he applies is so strong (even after the nerf) and how fast it recharges, it's like he ALWAYS has it availiable, I dunno why! No matter how much I slow or stun him, or how much I speed myself up, he always catches up like it's nothing. I gotta do so much to make distance just for this long legged menace to say "haha, no" and down me anyway. Also, his charged attack has some stupid reach for some reason >:v Aside from him, Ann and Wax Artist are the next two I feel anger me the most. (Is it obvious yet that I don't like hunters with slows or stuns? lol)
Fast survivors really counter Bonbon, because he has nothing to help him gain distance, but if he downs someone with 5 ciphers left, the game is basically over
Everyone been saying fg is easy to kite. Bro have u went against really good ones that know when to chip u and not take bait? As a fg main myself I know all the tricks and such but still. Not only that but they can combo you real well when unlocking first presence. Overall yall underestimate fg mains cuz a lot of his players suck at chasing and mind gaming. I forgot to mention that THEY CAN SNIPE NOW.
I mean that's the case for most hunters. But his base kit is just so simple. For characters like Naiad, Wax Artist and Geisha they have a really difficult learning curve for new players and are seen as more difficult to kite overall.
You gonna pass after few months this fier of bon bon dw XD we all had this and this is nothing dud , he got a lot of nerfs xD but overall he is not a BIG deal specially when u meet a good team who knows that they should sell to (tie / possibly win the game)
It's Opera Singer for me. she's a very lazy hunter imo, it's just hit, chase, repeat. you could have zero skill and still get a win, whereas with dream witch you require a lot of skill and practice.
I have an extreme hatred for Joseph I hate his play style and how there’s hardly any way for you to express your skill as a hunter when you don’t even chase people to get your kills and just memorise peoples hiding locations so you can kill them without actually outsmarting a survivor in chase. He makes the game boring and slow since you don’t even get to kite him properly, he just downs you in photo world or just blinks on you when he has a chip on you
People dont play Violetta enough, I have an A badge for her cause i love her so much and i get mostly wins on her, even again tough survs, i find her scary to go against even when i play her, she can be so fast and cut off kites so well.
