I’m thinking; English A SL Mandarin B HL Economics HL Business Management HL Biology SL Mathematics AA SL We have a relatively awful biology program. I’m considering Physics SL.
For the great teacher advice, I completely agree, but let me tell you my own experience. I chose Econ because I liked the subject but coincidentally it had probably the best teacher I’ve ever had. 100%. However at the end of DP1 she left, and a new teacher came in. He was the absolute worst and didn’t even teach us the last third of the syllabus… if you purely choose the subject for the teacher, it can feel completely demotivating if they leave, I think you really need to care for the subject itself first and foremost. Thank you for the great video!
Hi, I need a lot of help. I want to apply to a university that want a 7 in math HL and 7 in other relevant subject in HL. The problem is that I don't know what other relevant subject means.
It's not even that hard, at least bio and chemistry SL are kind of easy. I take math physics and chemistry at HL and Spanish ab initio seems to be the hardest course for me, so it really depends. But except for physics which I really don't recommend doing if you don't like it (no one in the course find it easy), I haven't seen people in my class complaining about bio and chem at SL.
