Which Indie Games Belong in DEATH BATTLE! ft.  

Tony: Indie games need to get more representation in Death Battle Piffle and Freddie: *Indeed* they do (cue rim shot)

I'll just comment about indie games I'm familiar or heard, If I don't brign up some games it's because I either never heard of it, or because I'm honestly not interested on that game or I simply agree with the list; Cuphead, Hat in time Undertale, Bendy, Shantae Shovel Knight: Those games are a absolute must at this point. No arguments here. Amoung us: Considering the recent updates that "Among Us" has had, I think it could make for an interesting episode, especially with the imposter. The problem would be, which opponent would be appropriate for the imposter's character. Amanda the adventurer: Amanda doesn't have many feats at this point, many in the future she might get actual feats and powers. But as she is right now? No, just no. Isaac: No, just, no. Yeah, he has powers, and all of that...But I just don't think is the best idea to dedicate an episode that involves a child like Isaac. Hell, I'd rather they use Genocide Frisk over Isaac. Same thing with Yume Nikki Celeste: Again, Madeline hardly has feats to use, even though she arguably has more material than characters like Amanda at this point (At least at the time I wrote this). Fall Guys: I don't really see the "fall guys" as fighters. DDLC: Honestly, it depends more on how you interpret how Monika uses her powers. Although, I agree that her Haxs are powerful and are nothing to be taken lightly. The problem is that, Monika, apart from fangames or Mods, she, does not have many feats, of course. They could theoraticly make a composite version, but, they are less consistent than Chara's for example. Although it is possible, if you know how to carefully choose Mods that maintain certain degree of consistency with Monika's character and powers. Dust an Elysian tale: I'm surprised they hadn't made a Death Battle episode with Dust yet. I would love to see him in Death Battle. Deltarune: It's interesting, but the game's not completed yet. FNAF: Personally, William is the only character who has actual decent matchups, If they made William Afton vs Junko Enoshima (Or just Monokuma), I would not mind all that much. But, I think Springtrap vs Chucky is better. A set up between them is not that hard to make if you ask me. And I'm hardly familiar with Chucky. Sure, there is the janitor from the film, Willy's wonderland, but I think he would be more appropriate as an opponent of William Afton from the movie FNAF. Baldi's Basics: Same thing as Amanda, except, he's a teacher that all he does is chases after the player. That's it. We don't get to see what happens in the game overs. Freedom Planet And Spark the electic Jester: I really like the characters. But there's really not much good matchups, at least in my opinion. FNF: The only characters that could have a Episode are ones that debut outside of the games. Pico, Tankman, Hank. In case of Pico and Tankman, just give them all the feats from their respective series/videos that are canon to the characters. Hank, bro, he has a series and 3d games. I'm surprised Hank hasn't made it to Death Battle yet. Hello Neighbor: Yeah, he doesn't have a lot of moves and feats to work with, even if you mix both the game and the animated series. Considering the backstory they gave us about the neighbor, yes, I just don't think it's the best idea. Of course, it is possible that as the animated series continues to air, it may give us more material for him, but apart from that. I don't think it's best to use the character. Hollow Knight: At this point I'm pretty sure an episode is gonna be put in production when Silksong comes out. Unless they use the knigth himself. Little Nightmares: I heard some people debating about Six been the lady, even if she's destined to be her, he don't really see much of her. Maybe in future games we might see more of Six. Yandere Simulator: I sincerely agree, although, if they had to make a chapter, personally, there is only one matchup that would not bother me at all, being Ayano Aishi vs Sayaka Himura (Saiko No Sutoka), more because both characters have things in common and their differences Their stories take place mainly in a school and both gets obsesed over a guy that for them, changed their life for the better by being nice to them and both girls are known for been murderous psycopaths. But honestly, that's the only matchup I would accept from Yandere Simulator, because, the other matches some people wants are just bad, perhaps worse than Monika's.

If Yooka and Laylee should be fighting anyone in Death Battle. It would be Banjo and Kazooie. Yeah I know it's cliche, but the matchup works so well. Another opponent for the bear and bird would be Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong.

KAO the Kangaroo vs. TY the Tasmanian Tiger could be pretty fun Ironically, they're on the same bench

A few things: I was surprised that Cave Story, the grandfather of indie games, wasn't included in this tier list considering it does have a few match ups. The Messenger, Sea of Stars, and Touhou were also noticeable omissions. I think you guys didn't give Freedom Planet enough credit because from I have seen, Lilac's most popular opponent is not Sonic but rather Shantae. Spark from "Spark the Electric Jester" is also a popular MU for Lilac. Carol's most popular MU is Tangle from IDW Sonic comics but she shouldn't scale to Sonic himself. Neera Li's most "popular" match up seems to be Winter Schnee (RWBY) but its hard to tell. Similar case with Milla as her MU spread includes Klonoa, Cream, and Penny Polendina with no clear de facto choice. Dust from "Dust: An Elysian Tail" has a number in MUs including a Jojo MU though I personally prefer Kisuke (Muramasa: The Demon Blade) is my pick for Dust's match up. Bug Fables runs into a size issue for potential MUs though Hollow Knight is a popular series mu.

Dang now I really want to finish my game it’s perfect for Death Battle also for Olimar I think that could easily be solved by just having his pikmin collect all the shells, the character uses in the game to dry land that way it would play into both sides of their games… now that I think about it I think that we like a Pikmin boss so yeah.

Ngl if undertale did on death battle i would be happy And i do have soke matchups that i do love Like Pappy vs gionvanni I genuinely think this vibes so well with the characters and can the best apexts of there characters and contentions both being big shot villains or people who wanna prove them seleves but having a soft and caring sides who also happen to be goofballs. I really dont like pappy, other and often popular matchup being with power form chainsaw man ,since im a csm fan and never got the hype around it.

I think gungeon could work on death battle with over 300 weapons and nearly 200 items the animation could go insane
