Hi Chad and Laura! Thank you for all the hard work you two put into making fantastic Airstream videos. I have one of the last 2022 23' Globetrotters. I chose a 23' because I wanted the twin beds (which now come in two other models as you know) however when I was looking for my trailer, the Globetrotter was the only choice. I also chose the 23' because I felt it was the biggest Airstream I could safely tow with my Ford F150. It is perfect for me as a single person with two small dogs! I also don't love the dinette and have been looking at the couch conversion done by Ultimate Airstream. Keep the videos coming, I love the perspective you give on all the Airstream models.
What was the discoloration @30:40 ? You guys seemed to be a little surprised as well? Smaller discoloration at next cabinet. Thank you guys for not being afraid to point out some of the shortcomings or personal observations. Speaks volumes about your honesty.
Maybe there's a different terminology used when referencing RVs but what this man just pointed at and said this is "solid real wood" he's either as I said before using a terminology directly related to RVs or he doesn't understand what "plywood" is which is thin sheets of wood glue together it is not "solid wood" the term solid wood indicates that it is a natural piece of wood you would be able to see the wood grain and all 💯 not layers of veneers glued together
Thanks for your comment. Oxford definition of the word Solid is "firm and stable in shape; not liquid or fluid." When I say solid real wood that I what I mean... it's solid and it's made of real wood. Most other RVs use thin luan which is not solid. I normally say hardwood when I'm not talking about plywood. Such as the Classic hardwood cabinetry.
@@ChadsRVReviews that would be solid versus fluid but in this case that's not what he was referencing "fluid dynamics" he was referencing wood and when it comes to woodworking the term solid wood means that it was a natural piece of wood where you would still be able to see the fibers of the board itself why simultaneously pointing at plywood Everyone misspeaks from time to time but to come and try to justify it and act as if he was speaking about solid and fluid dynamics is something else altogether
No you can camp year round. I have customers that's camp in their Airstream in the snow. However, I have never been to get Airstream to give me an R Rating.
