Alright I get it, so the Iris XE is just better but if you are making a desktop build you have to use UHD. Very nice guide! Im guessing Intel doesn't bring Iris XE to their desktop CPU's because most building a PC will have a dGPU anyway
So I asked my mother to buy me an Iris XE gaming laptop and she spent a lot of money and said she bought a really good laptop for gaming for me, when I checked it, she wasted like 2000 dollars for a fucking UHD and it lags as fuck. I sent her this vid and she claimed that she was scammed. I'm dying.
@@re7se Bro, my mother promised me to buy me one, it has nothing to do with me buying it for myself. Understand the goddamn situation before jumping into conclusions! Also which word above said I blamed or told off my mother? I just simply said it as it was quite funny and a good joke to laugh at for me.
I just bought a generation old PC from Ebay, I7 13700 with UHD graphics Dell for only $540. I am enjoying the simple UHD graphics. I have much higher resolution on my 3070 but so many programs don't display correctly with spacing that makes them hard to read. This UHD at 1920x1080 just works.
Simple and easy to understand also can you pls suggest which one should i go for :- Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 : Intel i7-13620H with Intel UHD graphics, or Intel i7 13700H with Intel Iris Xe graphics I am a university student so my main use is for computer science, coding, python, programing etc. Thank you for this video!
I wish intel included intel iris xe on their desktop lineup as it would decently increase their value maybe not for gaming I'm going to be using a sigificantly faster descrite graphics card but to enable second to it for power-effiency and mutlitasking it would be a noticable benefit
Which one is better for Plex Media Server: Intel Core i5-1235U = Intel Iris Xe Graphics 80EU Intel Core i5-12450H = Intel UHD Graphics (Raptor Lake 48EU)
Thank you for this video! I have a question of which one is better: Intel i5 1335U with intel UHD graphics Or Intel i5 12500H with iris xe graphics? I am a student so my primary usage of a laptop is to browse, google workspace and microsoft workspace. I also use Canva and filmora a lot. Thanks in advance for answering!
Hello, I recently bought a 13 generation Dell notebook, its graphics only use Iris Xe limiting the resolution is 1920 x 1080, I have 2 other 11 and 12 generation Dell notebooks that use Iris Xe and UHD graphics With the 2560 x 1080 resolution released, I regret the purchase!
That's why Intel has designed the new Meteor Lake CPUs with iGPUs to match (or even slightly surpass) AMD's iGPUs!!! These are exciting times for consumers. Thank you, AMD, for putting some fire under Intel's @$$! 😂
I bought the Arc A750 for premiere pro usage, but it wont work on R7 5700x since the cpu doesnt have an igpu!how well does the 28xe cores on that gpu work with the uhd 730 thingy on an 12400 cpu?
Sorry about that let down.... But in terms of the xe cores i think it should work with the intel cpu without any issues. Since they are from the same manufacturer.
getting the 12400 and a cheap h610 mobo and 32gb 3600mhz ram with a ak400 cpu cooler, since I already got a big psu for it along with a beat up pc case its going to be fun to overclock the cpu for max performance! @@tech-techover

There are lots of laptops with the same cpu but different igpu spec because manudacturers only supply single channel memory support so the graphics chip is downgraded from iris xe to uhd ....watch out, only dual channel memory laptops have iris xe , even if they have the exact same cpu....
I recently bought a laptop with Intel UHD graphics, does that mean I will be able to upgrade/add the external GPU later on? its HP Zbook Firefly G10 with Core i5 13th Gen 1335U and 16 GB RAM config. Please advise.
Which one should I purchase 1220p with UHD or 1135G7 with iris xe , I think 1220p is a better processor in both multi core and single core but it misses out on iris xe so I'm really confused..
@@tech-techover Yup that I'm aware about but let me tell you in details what I was confused about then you might understand I'm not getting Iris xe in 1220p processor it comes with Uhd but I'm getting it with 1135g7 , so I just wanted to know with one is overall better is it okay to go for 1135g7 just because of graphics card ? Or which one will give me better overall performance...
I have 3 laptops that I want to buy with core i5 8 ram/ 512 SSD, which one do you recommend, it is for university in systems programming and for future jobs....Which processor do you think is more powerful? - dell inspiron 15 3520 with i5 1235 G7 Intel Iris X Graphics - Laptop Hp fd0007la Intel Core i5-1335U Intel Iris X Graphics - Huawei Matebook D16 with Intel Core™ i5-12450H (Intel UHD Graphics) Greetings
Hello from Brazil 🇧🇷! Good explanation! It's very classifying! Just one question.... For a basic use at home, for working and studying, the UHD works perfectly, doesn't it?
@@tech-techover what about basic games like Asphalt 9 or Majhong by Microsoft? Would they work well if I get the UHD version? Even if I don't play games, do you think buying the Ires Xe version will be a good thing to do? As far I understood, it works faster, right?
@@tech-techover So, in a nutshell, a notebook with Iris Xe will make everything work better, faster, and if I'm not mistaken, the energy consumption will be lower, right?
Interesting! I was looking at HP Elitebook 860 G10 laptops... One with a Intel i7-1370P and Iris Xe and one with a Intel i7 1360P and Intel UHD. Are saying if I configure it with a Iris Xe the 32GB of ram is dual channel, but if I configure it with Intel UHD the 32 GB of ram is single channel?
Can you telle me please Which one is better between: -i3 1135G4 iris Ram 4GB -i5 1035G1 UHD Ram 8GB -Ryzen 5 3500U Vega 8 + Radeon 540x Ram 8GB I usually play the game "Hearthstone" :)
Though the Ryzen one looks like it could be also a good option especially with the 540x GPU though it's in the calibre of GTX 1050 which is showing its age. But its better than nothing
im sorry im a little lost, so i have i5 11400 with integrated gpu and currently i have 730 uhd and i use this pc to play kinda old games not super games is it better for me to still used the 730 uhg or should i download the Xe because i dont have money at the moment to buy a seperate gpu so which one is better for my case
I’m tryna buy a laptop but I am torn between a gaming and a office laptop cuz the games imma play is like genshin,Roblox, valorant and apex and those games don’t need much power so my option are (I5 11400H + Rtx 2050) or (I5 13500H + Intel Iris Xe Graphics) the Rtx 2050 is slightly more expensive
i'm planning to buy a laptop for school and light gaming (Audition Next Level & Valorant) what should I buy? Intel core i5 1235u Intel UHD Graphics vs Intel core i5 1135g7 Intel Iris Xe
Though the ‘U’means that the processor is low powered. So you should consider going for an i7 version that has the ‘H’ letter as it will offer better performance
Good evening. Daniel from Nigeria. I got a HP ProBook 4740 to use for blender. The current version of blender refuse to start normally after installation 😢
No problem with that, except you disable the Discrete Graphic Card, it would make some problem. But the power use between integrated gpu and dedicated gpu is different, dedicated gpu use power more than integrated gpu because dedicated gpu can handle for intens graphic
They are all good. But here is my opinion Intel CPU has more cores while AMD CPUs have cores with higher frequency. So if you are thinking of doing creative work i think intel will be great due its many cores while if you are thinking of gaming well AMD is great due its high frequency cores. But as i said, they are all great 😃
Acer Predator Neo 16 Intel 13th gen i5-13500HX with UHD 770 and RTX 4050 or Acer Nitro 5 Intel 12th gen i7-12700H with iris xe and RTX 4050? Using for video editing in adobe premiere pro. Which one? Both are same price.
Which one should i go with? Intel core i5 with iris xe or Intel core i7 with uhd 770 Well i want to play games with excellent graphics but without lag, so which combo should i choose?
Core i7....i would definitely go with that because it means i get more cores but it also depends on the chip generations. If core i5 is the latest generation that's better. And the same goes for the i7
The i3 N305 might be the latest but the i5 1135G7 beats it in terms of frequency and other specs so if it were me i would go with the i5 simply because it can offer better performance
sir please guide i5 with iris xe gen 11th (LAPTOP HP 14S-DQ4016TU CORE I5 1155G7) Or i5 with intel uhd graphic 605 gen 12th (ASUS A1402ZA-IPS551 CORE I5 1235U) for access autoCAD and Matlab (modelling and design) I'm an industrial engineering student in university. and from the two both laptop, which can upgradable? like upgrade RAM, etc. Help me sir, thank you 🙏🏻
all laptops have the ability to upgrade RAM and storage intems of choice if it were me i would go for (i5 with intel uhd graphic 605 gen 12th (ASUS A1402ZA-IPS551 CORE I5 1235U) because it has 12th gen processor and its power efficient.
12450 is the latest when compared to the 11300H. And the combination of P and E cores on the 12450 gives it an edge. On the other hand the 11300H performs well when handling normal day to day tasks but when you decide to introduce triple A(AAA) games it struggles
having a fast CPU and enough RAM is crucial for programming. The minimum requirements for programming include an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor and 8GB of RAM. so based on the CPU specs you sent me you are good on the CPU side@@akashsutradhar8168

How much fps will I get in fortnite with a Intel core i5 12th generation 1235U And Intel Iris Xe 8gb ram /2 4gb ram and ram speed 3200MZ ALL LOW SETTINGS IN FORTNITE?
That is the action that occurs when you have finished editing and now you want to have the final video. The action of compiling the edit into a video by an editing software is called rendering
The details i need are here perfectly❤️ really satisfied 👏👏...........but i have a doubt plzz help, is Intel Iris Xe is capable for video editing nd other stuffs like app development nd all.......help plzz
From my understanding most editing software like aftereffects need more RAM and CPU with at least 6 cores having a GPU is an added advantage in terms of Rendering. As for app development a CPU that's a core I5 or Ryzen 5 and above will work better. Make sure RAM is at least 16GB 32GB for apps like aftereffects to work properly. And lastly SSD storage
@@tech-techover thank you sooo muchh brother you really helped alot........i m looking for HP envy x360 fe0027TU nd i think that it's perfect.....is it perfect in 90,000ruppee budget
You need dual channel to get intel iris xe, or a new computer. Ideapad from lenovo for example has intel irix xe but due to limited ram 8gb on single channel it performs like uhd r graphics and its not even recognized in its own specs as an iris xe.
It can definitely play some games though you have to limit the games to older titles that don't require you to have a dedicated GPU. Something like euro truck can play but the quality will take a hit. You could try something like CSGO those types of games typically focus on fps and not graphics
Most Ai and deep learning software require powerful GPUs. I doubt if intel iris Xe will be of use. You should look for a laptop or desktop with discrete GPU with lots of video memory of VRAM
i've got the intel iris xe graphics i installed fornite btw and when i tried it on low mode my fps where like 10 -30 it was so bad and the graphics so bad when i was walking i could'nt see nothing
since both of the processors are running the same achitecture in terms of performace cores and efficiency cores. in my opinion the i7 12 th gen is ideal. but going with the i5 13th gen is also a great choice. the only difference is core counts with the i5 because you get 14 cores (6 P-cores + 8 E-cores) while the i7 comes with (8P+4E). so the reason i recommend the i7 12th gen is because the Performance core are more compared to the i5
I am mech engineering student so choosing =hp 15s intel core i5 12th generation 1235u , which has irisXe Or =Asus vivobook 15 pro, which has gtx 1050 Which should i choose? Graphics?
That gtx 1050 is usable for light gaming but the CPU paired with it I'm not sure what it is but if it's new then there would be a bottleneck. So with the options at hand i think going with the core i5 12th gen with intel iris xe is a great choice
With modern AMD hardware, you can actually crossfire your integrated graphics with your dedicated card. Not sure about how support for that works though on a game to game basis.
