If you're going to have closed captioning on as part of the video (i.e., not the CC that the viewer can select or de-select), you should at least edit it instead of retaining all the errors!

Slightly older person haha 26 is a kid. I'm 38 and a top 50 world Athlete and would smash my 21 and 26 year old self. The reason people under 30 struggle the most and get into trouble more than others is because there Lungs are not fully devloped. 40s is peak climbing age lungs wise. And yes I'm also an exercise scientist.
