can remember hand plunging 3 buckets up and throwing them on the spot board.. after 3 sets i was ready for a pot noodle, muller rice and a nap.. after a session on my barcode battler

Bosch e 111 have two of them over thirty years never let me down, sand and cement, skim, k rend, sticking compound, hard wall, service ones a year😅

Had the dewalt one a few months now. I could never go back to transformer and mega mixer! My life has improved 10 fold now their are no wires involved 🤣

I think Makita are bringing out a cordless similar to Dewalt!.. All my stuffs domestic. Used to have a monster 110V Bosh that lasted 10 years. Over the past 10 years I’ve bought cheap ones from screw fix. Banged a decent paddle on , about £20, they mix just as well!.. 100 % they do!.. cost about £60 n last roughly 18 months. It’s no biggie when it dies , cheap, mixes for 3 blokes, no big outlay. Yeah I know, buy cheap buy twice, but those bad boys mix all day n ain’t a van target either💥

I mixed hundreds of buckets of skim with a hand mixer when I started off 30 years ago, it didn't feel hard back then because we didn't know any difference. Great channel 👍.

also a skilled labourer with a plunger is faster than a mixer and it gives you the muscles to put the stuff on

Excellent video, could you please do a video showing how best to re-render external stone work which has electric cable running horizontally and vertically along a wall. How best to remove and refit mains cable from external walls without damaging the rendering ?

One other thing, i converted my big mixer to a chuck so i could use a marshalltown flat paddel mixer, absolutely knocks the spots off any other paddle, in speed and quality of mix, the only downside being your cant do small mixed, it throws it everywhere.

The refina is the best mixer there is to me. Luging a 40/50 kilo generator is back breaking. I've got both. Only use the refina now for dotting. Or as a back up mixer.

Megamixer for me all day long.....if you do all aspects of plastering it's a no brainer but can see how dewalt would be beneficial for site work 💯🎯

I'm using a collomix now & I love it only ever used mega mixers before that.Haven't tried the dewalt very expensive + I'm old school but it looks great.
