Which Killers Would Be Loyal to the Entity? (Dead by Daylight) 

I love the idea that Myers wasn’t taken or controlled at all by the entity, he just walked in and kept doing what he already did.

I think Caleb would be neutral. He's likely aware by now that the Entity played him like a fiddle and now he just does his job because he has no choice. I do think he has a very dim sense of mercy too. If he saw a survivor deliberately sandbag another or one still trying to put up a fight even after another gave up or left them, he would just leave them on the ground to crawl to the Hatch or something. He wouldn't provide the comfort of carrying them to it, because he's no maid in his mind, but he would leave them be. Cynical but fair.

Out of all f the killers, Wesker is probably the most pissed about being there (if the Entity wasn't warping his perception of reality).

I'd argue Nemesis being neutral. He only really arrived in the realm because he was following Jill when she was taken. So he probably doesn't care about or even acknowledge the entity at all.

I also believe Twins are loyal because, in a way, The Entity accepted them. They were hunted endlessly for simply being born different but The Entity let them stay together and even put them in a position of power.

I'd argue against Huntress's loyalty because she doesn't have access to the one thing she seems to want: a daughter. In her lore, while she would slaughter entire families, she would spare little girls, abduct them, and try to raise them as her own. None of them lived between the combination of the trauma that the Huntress killed their families and that she didn't know how to care for them. I think that if given the opportunity to raise a daughter, she'd turn her back on the entity

My theory for Pyramid Head is that while he was invited into the realm and he did strike a deal, it never explicitly says the invitation and the deal came from the Entity. I think something more ancient and powerful was displeased with the Entity's actions for one reason or another and allowed Pyramid Head to enter the realm and now the Entity just kinda has to suck it.

The fact the Entity tries to bond with the legion like that 'Hello fellow kids' meme gets me laughing harder than I thought it would, an ancient spider god trying to be hip and cool with the kids sick beats

I’m still under the impression that Sadako never left the well but simply sent her manifestation there. She even has a psychic link with the entity explained in her Merciless Storm Perk, meaning she’s gotta be pretty loyal to him.

I think Freddy is a mixed bag since yeah he gets to hunt people forever... but Nancy Holbrook is out of his grasp and Quentin won by basically banishing Freddy to a prison from which he can't escape.

I’m not sure about knight. I think he’s in awe of the realm and enjoys the trials that occur within it, but I honestly think he fought the entity like Trapper did. His face model has a big gash in it, and he is stained with blood and his eyes are drained of life. And his guards don’t look much better either, with Sander having chunks of his flesh filled in with human heads (seen on the stomach, held their by rope), Durkos appears to look entirely undead with greenish skin, and the same applies to Alejandro, who looks entirely disfigured and inhuman, especially with those sharp teeth. I think upon entering the realm, Tarhos and his men loved it, but upon finding out they had no freedom there and were forced to serve the entity, they attempted to fight against the entity. It’s entirely possible they just fought the entity cause they wanted to fight something that could fight back, not chase unarmed survivors.

I feel like Dredge would be incredibly loyal (maybe even the most loyal killer to date), given, iirc, it was pretty much created by the Entity itself. So it's like just one of the Entity's "soldiers" or extensions if you will, which it fully controls. It might not be "consciously loyal" (and might not even have consciousness in traditional sense at all), but it wouldn't be able to ever disobey Entity at whim either (unlike Myers, Pinhead, Pyramidhead or even those in "Loyal" tiers, who might change their minds about that loyalty at some point).

My theory for Pyramid Head being there is that the Entity made too much of a power move with something like snatching up Heather. Whether 'Silent Hill' was done with her or not, whatever forces are behind it cannot possibly like the idea that some other mystical force is poaching its victims, regardless of what the victim achieved or succumbed to. So it's like the Silent Hill overlords, whomever or whatever they may be, sent their Pyramid Headed representative as a message to the entity to stay in its goddamn lane. Because Pyramid Head doesn't do anything for the Entity, nor is the Entity particularly pleased with his actions. It seems more like it's coming off as a warning to the Entity _from_ Silent Hill. If the Entity makes another power play like that again, it'll learn why the hills are silent. It feels like a sort of thing to line up with how other killers just get there without much explanation, or desire by the entity. It can't control someone like Pinhead, who is acting on his own, so why would he have control over Pyramid Head, who answers to whatever calling Silent Hill gives him. And knowing Pyramid Head seems to have instruction and purpose, _why else_ would he just randomly be in the Entities realm. He had nothing to do with Heathers ordeal, so he's not even linked to her.

Ghostface is probably the most loyal killer. The deal between them was basically Entity: "So you come and kill people, and I'll give you-" GF: "Done" Entity: "What?" GF: "I accept."

The only iffy part about Sadako’s loyalty is that her powers and connection to the sea is said to be due to some kind of sea yokai/demon. Taking that literally, this means that even if Sadako is content with serving in the realm to spread her curse, the demon that’s a part of her may not be on the same page and may have a problem with being stuck serving a foreign deity.

Trapper: I don’t know if he’s truly disloyal after being punished and tortured into submission. Just look at the Doctor, tortured into enjoying his stay and obeying orders from the entity. I think he’s quite loyal. Wraith: Few humanity left as Mikaela saw a vision of Wraith killing 2 children in cold blood. He’s been broken beyond repair. He’s quite loyal. Artist: The only thing she could count on during her life was the entity crows. Death of her brother. Crows were there. Suicide attempt. Crows were there. Chop down by cult members. Crows were there and defended her. I think she’s more in a state of mind that the only thing she can count on and won’t leave her is the entity. She’s incredibly loyal. Blight: A drug addict being promised his drug for eternity. He’s Incredibly loyal for that simple fact. Nemesis: Indifferent. He’s a bioweapon with no sentience. He doesn’t even realize that when he kills a Star member, they come back to life somehow. He just hunt. Basically, the most frightening part of the entity is that it always gets what it wants, and those reluctant to do what they’re told are submitted by force to the point of changing their psychology into loyalty. That’s horrifying.

I feel the singularity should be bumped down a teir into quite loyal, if hux plans on wiping out humanity, he would need to eventually leave the realm to do so. Perhaps he sees the entities trials as more of a means to an end, to grow stronger and hone his killing craft.

I actually interpreted Wesker as being both incredibly loyal and incredibly disloyal to the entity and my reasoning for that has a lot of head canon to it. I’ve always tried to wrap my head around why Wesker always appears to be so happy about being in the entities realm even though as a result his plans of releasing uroboros to the world were foiled. In game if you bring his iredescent uroboros vial add-on then at the start of the trial he’ll say “I shall release uroboros!” But how could he do that whilst being stuck in the entities realm? Well that’s were the head canon part comes in: he plans on being the first to make a grand escape from the entities realm! Given Wesker’s past with the organizations Tricell and Umbrella Corp we know that he has immense knowledge when it comes to both chemistry and biology. Even as a child he was genius, hence why Oswell E. Spencer chose him at young age along with many other children to try out the first progenitor virus! And we also know that with his wits he was successfully able to create the uroboros virus. The point I’m trying to make is that I believe Wesker must’ve studied other important chemists and biologists throughout history, one of them being Talbot Grimes (or the Blight)! I believe that upon entering the entities realm Wesker had met up with Talbot numerous times prior to the entity turning Talbot into the Blight. Throughout the RE games we know that Wesker has a history of being deceptive like in RE1 with being a double agent of both STARS and Umbrella. He’s a mastermind, always thinking way ahead of his enemies. So I think that Talbot Grimes and Albert Wesker had secret get-togethers where they’d exchange research of both the uroboros and the many different blight serums Talbot has made. I think that they both had plans of escaping the entities realm and they tried to combine there wits in order to do so! However, when Talbot was taken by the entity and turned into the Blight, only one of the two brilliant scientists was left in a mentally functional state while the other became a monstrous drug addict. I THINK THAT ALBERT WESKER DECIDED TO CONTINUE TALBOTS RESEARCH AFTER HIS DEPARTURE IN ORDER TO CREATE NEWER VERSIONS OF THE BLIGHT SERUM!!! I believe that Wesker being a killer in the trials is just an illusion for a much more grand scheme: a scheme against the entity itself! He wants to make the entity THINK that he wants to support it when in reality his ulterior motives are to escape the realm and release a new version of uroboros that is COMBINED WITH THE BLIGHT SERUM!!! We even see a blighted cosmetic of him in the game which could sort of validate my head canon theory! So I think that within due time, when combining newer versions of the blight serum that HE made with the uroboros virus, he’ll create a virus so unbelievably powerful that even the entity cannot control it. And he will escape them realm and release that version of uroboros. This is why they call him………….. The Mastermind. Yeah guys that’s my theory. Sorry for writing a wall :P

Nemesis is neutral as it states in his bio, it says how he just doesn't care where he is, he saw the stars members escape into the entities realm and he followed as the cold or lack of air never bothering him

The devs stated that any action that rewards bloodpoints is essentially an action that feeds the entity. So all the characters that can have their own moris aren't disobeying the entity at all, theyre still feeding it. And because some of these, like Myer's tombstone, come from the bloodweb, the entity is actively encouraging it.

Honestly I’d say Pinhead is a bit disloyal or lower end of the neutral spectrum, because whenever he picks someone up sometimes he says it’s a waste of good suffering, and that relates to hooking the survivors, which I feel like would make him less likely to be completely neutral. he also takes the survivors to his own realm in his mori, which seems like it would him more so disloyal but maybe the suffering he brings to the survivors balances that out, not sure.

I think Spirit is only loyal to the entity just so she can get her revenge towards her dad. Supposedly the entity interacted with her perception of the survivors as an image of her dad to keep her loyal by killing him over and over. If she knew she was killing innocent survivors the whole time her loyalty would flip.

I love the idea of the Knight being a dark paladin of sorts, praising his new god with the screams of his victims lol.

I think Freddy is just waiting for a moment to strike the entity down himself to get his full power back. And why are two people who maybe doesn't even know what's going (Anna and Billy) loyal and those who does their own thing, what is literally the same, neutral?

I think that Hux is more likely going to the symbiotic relationship with Entity but not actually loyal. He just could figure it out that when he hooks surrvivors Entity providing him with blood points which basically contains genetic material for his body, so he's only loyal till his body complete. After that he would likely just gonna try to destroy humanity with every possible way. Including Entity as well. So I think Hux is indifferent.

I’d argue Blight is at least somewhat loyal, because he gets his power directly from the entity itself, and he did actively search for the entitys’ realm for most of his life. Which I’m pretty sure the entity let him into in the first place, if I’m remembering the lore correctly. So I’d say that he’s at least somewhat loyal.

The same way your personal demons torment you for reasons you might think are justified because of your mental state, but are in reality you're not deserving of. Knowing RE lore, I'd put Wesker at Incredibly Disloyal, the only person he has ever been loyal to was his friend William Birkin but the rest got backstabbed by him. His whole schtick of "only the most worthy will survive in my new world" and he does not let anything stand between him or his target goal of complete global saturation. At the most, this is an alliance of convenience for Wesker as I imagine Entity practically bribed him with the chance to torment the one person who he *truly* hates with a passion - Chris Redfield. Wesker is a sadist at heart and incredibly vindictive so he won't pass the chance to kill 2 birds with 1 stone: he gets to learn more about powers he never knew existed for the sake of creating his new world and torment his archnemesis Chris but he will not hesitate to backstab the Entity once he thinks he learned everything he needed to. He might even try to usurp its place and assert himself as the one running the show since in his mind "there's only one true god and that is me".

I feel like Pinhead would be disloyal. Pinhead when summoned has a target. He REALLY doesn’t like when a target is kept from him. So as I see it the entity and cenobites would be kinda fighting over who gets Dwight and other survivors who touch the box. The entity obviously let the box into its realm as it was originally found in the basement I believe the entity knew this would happen and I feel like having Cenobites in the realm would be of massive benefit as they get endless joy just from hurting people or getting hurt.

I'm not sure for Carmina I mean I see two scenarios the first one is the crows control her like a parasite and they take their energy from her despair and sadness making her impossible to control her own body letting the crows killing survivors the other one is that the Entity control her vision and make her see the group that cut her tong to make her angry so the fact that she is loyal doesn't matter

I believe that the Entity wants entertainment more than "food". It could easily kill survivors itself but chooses to let killers and survivors do almost anything.

I would say that pinhead would be in amoung the disloyal killers his mori takes the surviver to the realm of the cenobits removing them from the entity's trial to be used as a plaything of pinhead instead. Given what cenobits do to people I cant see the entity being fine with one of its victims being snatched away from it and it not gaining anything but what it gets from the trials comfrontation.

I will agree that pyramid head is more of a contracted employee from another enterprise. He's there because there was an agreement between the power above him loyal to the entity but his primary loyalty is to whatever dark deity created him. Myers is an independent contractor who qualified just by walking in and management benefits too much not to look away during his indiscretions.

I have a head canon that the reason demodoggy left the trials was because the entity got in trouble with the mind flayer for stealing the boy.

im gonna be honest, i’d argue the Singularity’s loyalty. i feel like Hux would be kind of indifferent, because in his perspective, he obviously thinks of himself as god-like, as stated in the lore. i think Hux is more devoted to his own cause rather than the Entity’s, but he respects the Entity for two reasons: 1, the Entity is not human. its a giant sky spider. and 2, the Entity supplies his needs. i feel like Hux would figure out rather quickly that this is a symbiotic relationship; He supplies the entity with the survivors’ raw terror, and the entity supplies him with an endless amount of biomatter for him to collect. it’s a win-win.

I want to see what you would think the singularity would use to create a perfect body out of the survivors

I’ve seen a lot of people want a killer and survivor vs killer mode, where it’s broken killers vs fully evil and influenced killers. The problem is that there isn’t really a way that would work. But it’s a good and fun concept nonetheless.

I feel like Pinhead does the whole "killer in the trials" thing as some form of, "okay, I'm in this entity's house, I'll play by its rules," so not so much loyalty as courtesy. The Cenobites as portrayed in the first two (read: only good) Hellraiser movies are a lot more Lawful Neutral than one might assume. They can be reasoned with and will pass over someone who was tricked or forced into opening the Lament Configuration in favor of the person who wanted it opened. So yes, "indifferent or neutral" feels about right.

I would say huntress and billy sound a bit more neutral as they didn’t want to kill but if they get to protect the land they live in thats fine with them. Billy didn’t want to kill, huntress kinda did but in a way of saying my mom is dead, her grave no trespassing

I like the idea that the wraith is actually friendly, and follows the survivors for help but his trauma and ptsd takes over and makes him lash out not through anger but desperation

I like to imagine that Hux has no idea what’s going on and is really confused about everything
