They used to make these with huge heatsinks for a reason, now the higher watt ones, lifespan dubious unless the lamp has great air circulation. Color rendering index matters (CRI), but they don't have that solved yet either. Dollar store is cri 80, the GE is something like 90+
Looking at some 100w great value (Wally world) brand led bulbs. They are daylight and rated at 1500 lumens. I think sunbeam exaggerates their lumens on their 100w since it is warm white and draws the same wattage
I've bought some specialty LED bulbs from Walmart a few years ago which were pretty good. It would be nice to see and compare their 100w Daylight LED though. Let me know how you like it.
They sell 100 watt bulbs that have 1100 lumens. The GE Refresh bulb even says it on the box. I do prefer a higher lumens though like the Dollar Store Sunbeam 100 watt bulb with 1600 lumens.
