Decided to switch to Louisville this year.. bought a Williams and hot damn I'm hitting nukes. Used a 2019 Krecher (220) for 2 years and I feel like my genesis is hotter even if it's a 240. Crazy.

I just got an Everett Williams bat and have put about 150 swings on it with Classic Plus and Classic M's mainly off the tee, in 60+ degree weather. No seams, chips or cracks yet. I can see why they sometimes do chip though as the letters and graphics are raised and you can kind of feel the edge of the graphics with your finger. The bat feels light as a feather and is really nice to swing though. It does still have a pinging sound instead of that nice crack and doesn't feel especially hot. Sounds very much like a DeMarini Nautalai. Hopefully, it just needs to be broken in a little more.

I have the whole set of the 1pc Gens. Prefer them over the 2pc but I do agree the 2pc is a little more forgiving. My white gold with .5 oz endload is totally fire and gives a little more control for placement

Had the EW crack like you showed in the videos, but then a small strip of the outer barrel fell off. Still passed compression, but umps wouldn't let it be used in a game, even if it was only cosmetic. I hope they get it figured out too. Its so nice to swing.

I've got a 25oz dirty and a 26oz EL 220 and my exit speeds have been exactly the same from both. Given both only have 50ish swings.

My buddies Williams Genesis broke within the first 5 swings. One of the swings chipped/flecked the paint off, and another swing actually put a crack into the barrel. Swing them in warm weather only folks.

Think my niece played state softball at that facility. Can see you guys hitting shots into the traffic easily. Think the Dutch brothers is within range of those homers.

I've seen the black and gold genny in 220. I think those were the ones sold in the us, although I'm sure some retail stores in the northern us sold the international exclusives. They're all the same anyways. There weren't any recalls or defects from them, so the different paint job is just that, a paint job

Any umpires on here that have dealt with the 240 lousivilles and the paint/seam issues? Did you say not allowed or let them be used?

How does the Blue 2020 Autism Speaks Genesis compare to these?

The black and gold 220 was sold in the US. The white and gold "maple syrup" 220 was the Canadian exclusive.

I swung the red one piece 220 a while back. Impressions were the same as you guys had, sounds and feels terrible but the ball just goes.
