@@3rm1s I think majority of the people choose the 4one because of the black colour and texture and that green color I think it's gives a coolish vibe And speaking of 3 one I liked it a lot but I hate swimming a lot in fact I had many bad things with swimming that's why I won't choose a modern house which has a swimming pool and I also think houses with white colour can be completely bad because it will take time to clean those white floor and some houses are big more than necessary which means there will be too much cleaning work to do so yeah but it's just my opinion
@@3rm1s I personally prefer the black ones and lesser room one with no swimming pool because I don't have to worry about cleaning and a swimming pool which I will never use in my life
