Well it my understanding its temporary in the same way that gold plating is. Regular wear (like never taking an engagement ring off) will wear the coating down. So while its not ideal for an engagement ring, its a great option for something less sentimental. I just bout myself a purple moss in sterling silver, its unbelievably gorgeous and was affordable enough that it was just a treat, not an investor. TLDR: if you want a pink moissanite get it! Just maybe not as an engagement ring.
@@RainCheck797it’s very similar to the coating used to create Mystic Topaz. A lot of people don’t realize that those fancy colors are a treatment (not like heat treated, that’s through and through). But it holds up pretty well. If you are dead set on getting the pinks and reds and are concerned about the coating coming off it’s better to go with earrings or a necklace since they don’t get scratched and bumped so much.
Sorry, squeezed as much as I could into the minute limit. I covered a few more on the TikTok video since there’s a longer time limit so feel free to check out the longer version there!
I actually talked about gray and had to cut it out due to RU-vid time constraints but the full video is on my TikTok where I explain gray moissy! It’s @thebijoulab
Natural emeralds are truly green and there are some other types of gemstones that can naturally be green. You just need to be careful that the stones are real emeralds (or other naturally green gemstones) if you want to go for a natural gemstone instead of a labgrown one like the green moissanite in this video.
CPS does look to see if each child has their own bed and bed linens. And that there is adequate privacy commensurate with the child’s age. It’s not a hard line rule but I think that these people were making sure that they had all of their bases covered.
She said because they have to coat the stone for that colour, and the coating won't last with daily wear over time, which isn't great for an expensive wedding ring you want to use for the rest of your life.
