I read a lot of comments and most are misguided. First of all our body doesn't require any oil intake other than what is available naturally, and the Doctor is absolutely correct. When the food is cooked in oil it doesn't add any taste but it makes the food rich. When the food is rich you feel satisfied and hence you think that oil adds to the taste. Some others wrote that we need fat to absorb micronutrients, but what is needed is good fat that is derived naturally from food, when you eat nuts, that has a lot of good fat. Ignorance is bliss.

Oils not bad but process of oil making is more important, cold press / wood press oils best because they made at room temperature so retained most nutrients , but on other hand refined oils process uses lots of chemical and high heat so that no nutrients is destroyed. This is main cause of all heart related diseases

100 बात की एक बात जो भी खाना हैं खाओ पर limit में खाओ और जितना भी खाओ उसको बस दिन में कुछ घंटे अच्छे से exercise, योगा या gym में पसीने बहाओ और जितना हो सके bicycle चलाओ या पैदल चलो कार bike के अलावा फिर कभी heart attack नहीं होने वाला है

Fat is an essential nutrient totally avoiding fat is not good for health, fat is responsible for production of hormones, fat is also responsible for absorption of certain vitamins. Being into fitness for many years i did try a very low fat diet and it was not good and I felt very unhealthy. Olive oil, Coconut oil, Mustard oil, fish oil etc. are not bad for health in small quantities, its more about the quantity you are consuming. Excess consumption of fats is unhealthy.

Bs oil is important for absorption of many micronutrients and is even required for brain function. Important is how much oil you use in your food and yes type of oil do have different effect on our health...and many studies are their regarding it.

His stand on Edible OILS is not correct. He said oil is composed of only triglycerides which is wrong, in fact the SATURATED FAT content in oil is the actual triglycerides and the main culprit. MUFA/PUFA content of the oil is the HDL which removes fat deposition from the arterial wall, so it clears heart blocks. But most of the WHITE OILS have high SATURATED FAT & minimal PUFA/MUFA. The edible oil with least SATURATED FAT content is MUSTARD OIL (Dhara/Dalda/Engine/Ganesh) which contains only ~5-8 mg. Otherwise all oils Sunflower,Rice Bran,Soyabean,Canola,Sesame,Olive contain 11-30 mg SATURATED FAT content in them. Zero Oil is not the solution as oil has many nutrients too

Low your consumption of oil , Try to use original cold pressed oil according to your state / region, fully avoid refined oil.Sure oil has different taste that's why in odisha, West Bengal & north east we even add particularly raw mustard oil on our food because of it own taste.

Air fryer. 💀 No need to add anything just cut potatoes into thin layers. Boil it with vinnegar/salt water for 5 minutes. Dry them. Then bake it into the air fryer for a certain amount of time. Or u can just use a sand process. Have u ever seen how peoples make papad crispy? They use sand to make papad. No oil needed. Or u can use tandoor to make roti crispy.

I am 74 years old and regularly consume palm oil. Because it is the cheapest oil and hence no possibility of adulteration. The more it is refined, the more poisonous because chemicals used to bleach are more dangerous than cholesterol.

Doctors also tell that coconut oil is bad for health. But people of Kerala, Sri Lanka and Philippines consume coconut oil in all their cooking and have lowest heart problems compared to people not consuming. Please update your knowledge from neutral sources to know the truth.

Lekin ab tel hi mat khaao, tel mein swaad nahi hota, utter bullshit he’s talking. Ya! If he’s talking about Refined oils/blended Oils, i would agree on that. But, there are many oils which we can eat comfortably. Just watch what you eat. Rejecting anything is not a solution.

There are two big problems with ghee you want to know 1- Mostly we get buffalo ghee not cow whose benifits are mentioned in ayurveda and if its cow its not desi cow 2- We don't know the purity of ghee

Somewhat agree with the doc.But few fun facts Tel se nahi aata - This is wrong, tel se masale se alag taste aata hai. TRY MUSTARD OIL IN PLACE OF REFINE OR GINGERY OR COCONUT IN PLACE OF MUSTARD THE TASTE WOULD BE DEFINITELY DIFFERENT. Pani se masale bhune jaate hai-Paani se masala ubal te hai bhunte nahi hai. Hamare West Bengal state mein ham hazaro saal se mainly cold pressed mustaoil use kar rahe hai, even mera dietitian and doctor ne bola mujhe ki mustard oil is best if taken within limits. Aur hamare body ko bhi fats chahiye. Never believe online influencers, specially in case of health. Just consult with your doctor or dietitian.

In 2021 I bought his book and tried this method to lose my weight. I lost 11 kg withing 2 months. Really helped me a lot. But yes foods don’t taste good without oil but if you are concerned with your health then taste can be compromised.

Doc ko shayad patah nahi hai.. PUFA is best among all which can be easily digested.. Aur Oil ko breakdown karne ke liye bile juice banata hai liver.. Aur oil mein essential oil hote hai jo zaruri hota hai kuch hormones ko banane mein.. Aur body mein Fat jama sirf Oil se nahi hoti hai... 😂.. Carbs and proteins se be hota hai

@@Pain53924 Angrej log kaccha gajar khate hain Fibre ke liye usmein bhi vitamins shoshan nahin hota, but hum jo gehun ka roti khater hain usmein hi hamen Fibre mil jaate hain, hamen sabjiyon ko thoda oil se heat karne ke bad or thoda oil se heat karne ke bad cook ke hi khana chahie Donon hi baat science ke research se hi ayi hai, main yah kahana chahta hun tel khao per limit me exercise or physical work ke sath. Aapko pani pina jaruri hai, per research mein paya gaya hai din mein 300 litre pani aapka maut ka karan ban sakte hain, to kya aap pani nahin piyoge?

Agar heart disease or cholesterol-triglyceride level up Na ho to aap limit mein ghee or oil kha sakte ho And fry karne wala khana air fire mein fry karke kha sakte ho, sabji mein thoda sa oil use kar sakte hain, badam ko Bali mein or Namak mein vag sakte ho

His stand on Edible OILS is not correct. He said oil is composed of only triglycerides which is wrong, in fact the SATURATED FAT content in oil is the actual triglycerides and the main culprit. MUFA/PUFA content of the oil is the HDL which removes fat deposition from the arterial wall, so it clears heart blocks. But most of the WHITE OILS have high SATURATED FAT & minimal PUFA/MUFA. The edible oil with least SATURATED FAT content is MUSTARD OIL (Dhara/Dalda/Engine/Ganesh) which contains only ~5-8 mg. Otherwise all oils Sunflower,Rice Bran,Soyabean,Canola,Sesame,Olive contain 11-30 mg SATURATED FAT content in them.

"cholesterol comes from animals" - something not adding up. There are crores of people in our country ,especially from 2 communities, who have high nonveg intake and still live long life beyond 80yrs with or without cholesterol. Telangana state is 90% nonveg. I feel most of his concept dont match with ground reality, looks like too many assumptions without proper scientific basis
