Imo 3: classic he’s good but he has okay damage but good stamina 2:fell heavy damage but not the best stamina but regents fast 1: amazing damage and is the master of wasting time
outer is pretty busted, his phase 2 is the thing that carries him, because phase 1 is barely winable especially if you don't have exp on outer, and let me tell you outer is the most cancerous one to gain EXP on.
For second and third place for easiest for grinding for because it kind of depends on whether your in a low win server or a regular server since in a regular server people are way more likely to survive fell's final attack, so if your in a regular server, fell would be the hardest to grind for. Hope that might have helped anyone.
My opinion outer takes when it comes to survivability because if you dont spam your moves and use them correctly (ex spinning stars then stars then blackhole) you can be untouchable. Also although fell does massive dmg id put him at the same footing as classic as he gets rushed very easily.
My opinion on the Phase 2 characters: Fell: It's fine. Classics Phase 2 is a better option, in my opinion. Classic: Extremely good. It heavily relies on the Chara team's FPS, and if they have a relatively low FPS, the attacks are almost impossible to dodge. Outer: I haven't upgraded this character yet, and I don't plan to, considering how impossible it is to get EXP with him. However, he has star spam AND an instakill. The best Phase 2 on this list.
outer's blackhole and fell's chain blaster are relatively similar in being not instakills by themselves (outer's blackhole des no dmg by itself and chain blaster doesnt do enough dmg) but by being paired with other things like blasters, blasters, and more blasters (or fell zone for fell) they can be devastating. you can also pair chain blaster with chained or force to make the blaster undodgeable and a free kill. classic is heavily reliant on rng and of course, the opponents fps if you get a combination of bone jumps and bone sliders its a free kill if you are low, because the game doesn't teleport you to the center of the box. we dont talk about classic being able to blast you during his box attack move.
Regarding underfell, it is a character that with its second phase can punish several combos, yes, it suffers too much when there are people with a lot of healing and/or resistance, but if you know how to play it (better known as camping) you can win with it. Atte: a underfell main

It depends honesty Sans phase 2 is the worst phase 2 in the game. But if the sans user has the third upgrade, he can be afk and everyone would likely die to the box attacts lmao.
How dumb would they be to die in the box attacks?unless they are in mobile,because lag makes the boxes impossible,and even with that you can actually survive it
@@jhordanpozo5046 even they can survive, they lose much HP it the box attacks, and also box attacks go surprise people. the box attack tbh is much way harder to dodgethan normal ones
@@antranphuoc-wo8xi yea,i should've edited it when i remembered that time i almost survived with janitor's broom. Tbh the best weapons(in mobile)to survive box attacks are sans(dodges) and i think dull knife(many lifes)
