Hey! I know I am late to the game, and I'm not sure if you'll see this but: I recently started coaching freshmen baseball at a local high school. After playing the game for 17 years, this mindset to interpreting good vs unique mechanics is one I have never considered. I just wanted to say thanks. This makes a lot of sense, and although I wish I had this insight while I was still playing, I am excited to be able to use it while helping develop this next generation of pitchers. Thank you!
