HOWEVER, if we wanna get technical, it IS a gacha game so it's a bit hazy if these gacha pull versions of the characters eating pizza counts. They are the original versions of the characters, pulled out of their worlds, so I'll bump them up to the "Gacha Pizza Eater" tier. Functionally the same as "Pizza Eater" but with the added context that we're dealing with mobile game shenanigans CORRECTION #2: Pizza DOES exist in the Star Fox universe, there are pizza boxes in the background of an early cutscene in Star Fox Adventures. There's no evidence of Fox eating it; for all we know, it could've just been Slippy and Peppy eating it. HOWEVER, Fox, Falco, and Wolf are now bumped up to "Knows what pizza is, doesn't eat it" CORRECTION #3: Technically Mega Man also belongs in the "Physically incapable of eating pizza" tier. Update to the Pokémon Series: Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Indigo Disk DLC added a Pizza meal to Blueberry Academy's menu. Probably some kind soul at GameFreak that saw Scharff's suffering and decided to add this delightful piece of food to the game. So any Pokémon in that game can canonically eat pizza by just going to Blueberry Academy and buying it. And luckily, every Smash Pokémon is in the game, so Incineroar and Mewtwo now officially are certified Pizza Eaters.

As the world's only Cafe Remix player, here's some info: Mewtwo is listed as "not a customer" because there is an event where he appears. In this event type, the pokemon (mewtwo) always asks for one specific TYPE of dish: either drinks, small plates, desserts, or entrees. Coincidentally, Mewtwo's preferred type during his "Mewtwo's Return" event (the second one he appeared) was SMALL PLATES, meaning PIZZA is possible (don't have a recording of it, but it COULD happen). On the Contrary, Charizard appeared in a "team cooking" event, where you do normal orders as you would typically, but each order gives points that fill up charizard. He is never shown actually eating the pizza you could be making, though by making pizza for OTHER pokemon, it is allegedly "filling him" with points, so it could be implied that he eats the leftovers that the normal pokemon don't eat. Greninja appeared in a similar event, however he was actually still available as a regular customer (during the event only) which gave bonus event points. So Greninja absolutely can eat pizza, but Charizard is debatable. THEN AGAIN, charmander is in the game as a regular customer, so you could give it a pass as the same reasoning for Ivysaur. Incineroar will be added to cafe remix soon (well, Litten but still)... HOWEVER it is part of the BATTLE PASS (monthly pass is the real name) so it will actually NOT be able to eat food, so your correction was unneeded, incineroar is a NO! Also I learned something new in double checking this, but apparently the dishes are only on specific stages, so Rowlet Pizza is only for: Order #56, Order #66, Order #107, Order #131, Order #145, and possibly some later ones depending on if the wiki is up to date (it probably isn't) I wish Rowlet was in smash though, since the only known Pizza in the pokemon universe is Rowlet Pizza, pizza canonically wouldn't exist without Rowlet, therefore making him CEO of pizza along with Link.

For Incineroar, the is an area in the Hau’oli City mall called the Battle Buffet. If you win a battle then you and your Pokemon eat the food you’ve won. One of these foods is the Miltank Cheese Pizza

Actually there are signs of pizza in the Star Fox universe. Adventures is the only one that shows it on screen. During the great Fox cutscene where Pepper briefs Fox about his mission, if you look closely there are empty pizza boxes littered throughout the bridge.
