@@josiahschaffer9652 goodluck! The internal boa’s ive had were a nylon boa, less durable easier to fray and then get caught and knot up and break than the wire ones I think! The other part was that the boots got so deformed after 75 days, I got the boa replacement, but It took FOREVER to get the old boa lace out, and then trying to get new boa in, the boa channels got so deformed I couldnt even snake the new boa thru even with a pull through method, they just got so destoryed the structural integrity was done for. Goodluck hope the boas work well for you, and it might get old lugging 2 boots around but just on pow days could def be worth it for that peace of mind! Get those turns brotha
@@alwaysgosnowboarding yeah I like getting a taste for all flavors. Money is not a major issue and having some extra gear so friends don’t have to rent doesn’t hurt either. What did you end up settling with?
@@josiahschaffer9652 I just got another pair of the ride fuse’s cus they perform great for 70-100 days and even then I could just lace and add boot fitting foam for more heel hold after they pack out. But after the second fuse’s boa broke ( same way!) after 70 days, I went with all lace, TM-2’s. Loving them except the snow melts by the laces and eventually leads to cold toes!!! But rode them 8 hours right out the box without any major pains so they are def comfy. Might throw some duct tape over the laves by the toe to stop snow from jamming in there and slowly melting
