Why show average runes per run per spell then calculate average rare item value? Why wouldn't you average all of the rune drops from every spell and just say that is the average value of the chest? All that matters of this data is time per run per spell, cost of supplies per spell, and average loot per chest
Not being rude or anything but half this summary video is irrelevant. The "all that matters" part of this comment is what should have been the focus. Otherwise comparing the spells serves no purpose.

one tip for ibans blast is you can use a tome of fire w/ only one page in it, it will give you free fire runes for you spell but won't consume any pages. afaik this only works with ibans blast
@A Friendly Hobo It's not a bug. Tome of Fire consumes charges for the extra fire spell damage, not for the fire runes. Iban Blast doesn't count as a fire spell (for whatever reason) so it provides the fire runes without the damage boost, which means it doesn't consume charges. If Iban Blast is changed to benefit from the damage bonus, it will then consume charges from the tome.
As others have mentioned, all that matters is cost per trip and chest loots per hour. That would actually tell you the average profit per hour, which should dictate which spell is the “best” one. The actual random loot received is pretty irrelevant. I think you approached this analysis in a very weird way.

pretty sure regulare trident would be the most profit/h, the scales and the burnt pages would be very expensive... And for ibans blast you can use a tome of fire for the fire runes, it wont use any pages but it will give you unlimited fire runes but no dmg boost...
But what staff you use doesn't affect the average runes dropped right? That's just rng and makes absolutely no sense to break it up into average runes dropped by staff used.

I would have liked to seen Comparison between slayer dart Iban Blast and crumble undead rather than fire surge and the tridents. I think we all knew surge would be best. And for the tridents. I think doing one or the other and then using slayer dart would have been a little more helper. Not hating tho. Great vid as always bro.
slayer dart hits less than all of these without being on task. and undead boosters do not work on the brothers. salve amulet (ei) is perfect for killing 3 skeletons in the catacombs though

one thing i never see people do is flames of zammy even in mystic with tome of fire (removes fire rune cost) sotd, torment and occult i was hitting 42 pretty often and even without morytania hrd diary done was making profit on just runes alone
Because it's not as common as the smoke battlestaff. All you need is wrath runes considering the smoke staff supplies you with unlimited fire and air runes.
You can take the staff back to the well in the underground pass to recharge it for nothing. It takes about 45 seconds to a minute to recharge when using the elf crystal teleport to Lletya.
I love the format and quality of your vids, but if your going to talk about the money you will make then you need to use the statistical averages, not your measured averages to calculate expected earnings. Runescape is an RNG based game and the differences in profit between these spells can be attributed to luck. You would need to use actual drop rates and subtract supply costs. And... now that I'm reading some further comments, the guy below me said the same thing lol. Eh, good vids anyway

why has this video not been deleted yet? Your recent videos have not been getting too many views, probably because you're a bad content creator. If I were you, I'd at least delete this kind of crap and try to work on building a decent reputation
