I love playing as Jake and have fond memories of being Trapper and Jake player sabotaging my hooks in a strategic matter and I would scream "Jake!" Then proceed to go after him or pretend to go to a hook with a survivor then go to another hook. Back then there was less hooks so they would feel so far away.
Hey everyone, I'm the huntress. I have been throwing hatchets since I was a kid. Trapper: hollow breathing Wraith: smokes Hag: chews nicotine gum Myers: sleep... Freddy: chuckling Blight: aggressively takes down notes
About the Spirit, in mobile, you can buy a skin that grants killers a special mori. Spirit looks very satisfied until she gets close and gets shocked she killed the wrong person. So it makes sense she thinks everyone is her father
@@donutemc1805 are u sure? I checked this one and mori looks exactly the same as her normal mori Edit: ok i found the skin, mori really looks as she's shocked and scared when she saw what she did but i can't find the name, everyone calls it "exclusive skin"
I think Amanda would hate Feng Min because Feng Min 1) is a former addict who struggled with substance abuse issues 2) is a character who treats the trials like a game, even has Game Over written on her Christmas sweater, a phase that has also become Jigsaw’s catchphrase and Amanda might see that as mocking
In a weird way i think spirit will see Felix and be angry. As he is a newly made father. So with spirit having daddy issues would start thinking of her own father and then that ancestor rage will come out again
@@czempin23 He also has the shape of her father looks like. But Idk personally speaking but I think Felix would have alot to fight for. His family. Compared to other survivors who are fighting to just stay alive. I feel like she would see his passion and probably assume he's a father figure. Its hard to describe because I'm no father lol
@@michellerahe4853 I just don't know how could Spirit possibly consider his behaviour fatherly, since I'm almost sure he haven't even had a chance to be with his child, so I doubt he would act any different than the rest of the male survivors. I understand your thinking but I don't see it in practice really. I doubt Spirit could see him any differently than the rest of the survivors, especially that she sees them all as her father.
3:51 He does actually! Jonahs Tome lore mentions both Carter and Stamper by name and suggests that he knows what happened when they were running things
Oni: *misses close range Kanabō Strike as he tries to trace and hit* Feng Min: U mad? *Lithe’s away after hitting a fast vault dropping a Flashbang in front of him* Oni: *utterly visibly violently triggered and enraged as he gets blinded*
I feel Feng fits well for a rival to Doctor too, simply because Doctor was originally planned to be Chinese in origin and was based on the real life Yang Yongxin who used electric shock therapy to cure video game addiction. Hence why Feng is an eSports player and the survivor in the same chapter.
I feel like Vecna would hate the Bard duo just because the only reason they were bought to the Entity's realm was because they went through Vecna's Stuff.
I have a different idea for Dredge: I think his rival would be Rebecca. Dredge is the manifestation of dark thoughts, while Rebecca seems like one of the most positive survivors. I think her positivity would anger or irritate Dredge and he would want to kill her first
Rebecca isn't the only incredibly positive Survivor, Kate is also mentioned to be an incredibly positive Survivor in the lore. So, with this in mind: Dredge would also probably want to kill her first as it would extinguish any moral or hope Kate could've given her Teammates, strengthening The Dredge.
1. I could see Nurse and Jake having mutual animosity. Iron Will probably made him the trickiest survivor for her to catch back when she showed up and Thanatophobia forced Jake to work with others more. That definitely annoyed him. 2. I feel bad for all the law enforcement survivors. They likely get targeted because of their former authority but if they choose more selfish survival, they are left feeling like they didn't uphold their oath to protect. 😟 Thank you for the video. ❤
Honesely I see Nick Cage as Tricksters rival. He is a famous celebrity, moreso than Trickster Sure Trickster may not be able to make Jake scream cuz Calm Spirit(not iron will), but that can ve mended on having others scream. Im sure he can ignore Jake and focus on a survivor with his fav scream Nick tho? He stole Tricksters thunder if being the sole celebrity, the only star. People being starstruck by Nick instead of him would grind his gears. I mean he killed a hamster as a kid because it stole away the attention
My point exactly. Trickster killed a hamster because it "outperformed" him He wouldnt give a fuck about Jake not screaming, he has plenty who do and surely has his fav victim
@@AndreTheSalty I imagine hed find the bards silly. Cuz D&D is a game in our world. Theres a disconnect between the worlds. Whereas Cage is from our world
@@FinestFantasyVI He could just assume they cosplayers or something. Also this is a world made by an eldritch spider god that demands he shove people on meathooks so I don't think anything could be considered too ridiculous.
I could see Alan Wake and the Unknown having a rivalry, as canonically Alan is writing about his time in the trails. So I can imagine the Unknown would target him for writing about it.
Alan: "There's this weird looking humanoid... Thing... I don't even know how to describe it..." Unknown: "I think I can help you out with that, buddy!"
I would add that Jake and Trapper also serve as foil to each other: both are from extreme affluent origins and heirs to great riches, with Evan the heir of a prosperous mine and Jake the son of a billionaire; Jake was always extreme extreme rebellious and eventually disconnected from his father, while Evan idolized his father at the same time he feared him and feel conflicted about his brutality, and never managed to escape his grasp. This similarities would create a rather personal rivalry between the 2
Jane is not a reporter, is a Talk Show Host, she doesn't have detective skills, instead, some detective like characters are Nancy, Jonathan and Tapp, the 4 of them including Zarina would give nightmares to ghostface
You should do Killers ranked from Sanity to Insanity lore and personality wise that I requested a while ago. A wiseman once says "Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity?"
Tbh Bill could be a rival to Nemesis too, since Nemesis could remind Bill of the Tanks due to the similar skin tone and bulk and since Nemesis brings zombies along with him
The Archives from tome 19 have a cutscene for The Artist. Hanging Jonah in the basement, using and destroying his body to paint on the wall behind them. Therefor, I would say Jonah as rival!
Doctor might have a bit of a rivalry with Adam and Claudette. All three of them are academics of African descent but while Doctor is sadistic, Adam and Claudette are empathetic.
Personally I feel Wraith would despise the troupe if he learned why they’re there. Wraith, learning that Aestri and Baermar recklessly attempted to bring evil back to their world just to have some fun and write songs. This would make him very angry considering how he lived his entire life wanting peace but facing constant horror and evil due to others lack of empathy and personal greed. A pair of plucky bards wanting fun by unleashing countless evil creatures onto the world without caring about the common people would get to him I think. This could also apply to Artist as well.
Honestly since yuis release I have always felt that it was a missed opportunity to not have her being newest member of the yamoka family with the contrast that oni uses his power for his title, meanwhile yui uses her strength for the people around her. Would have been a really cool for the lore
Would also be cool if she wasn't actually a Yamaoka by blood, but instead adopted or by her mother remarrying. The idea of a 'false' Yamaoka carrying the name would definitely piss Oni off, especially since she would have still brought more honor to the family name than he ever did through his bloodshed.
@@verygayowl4199Guys I have always thought that Yui has strong connections to the Yamaokas. I hope it gets revealed in the future. My theory is that one of the female ancestors of Yui could have been a daughter of the Yamaoka family.
As a Nurse main, I can confirm I hate Rebeccas and Lisas Also, additional for Sadako, I think she would also dislike survivors with magical capabilities like you said Hag would. Since she was shunned and killed for having magical powers herself
Goodd video. Though you know what I think would be a interesting video? How would each survivor and killer react to their time in the realm (Day 1 to present or future). Would they seek to escape? Learn? Go mad? Despair? try to seek what friendships they could? Try and make either friendships or alliance with their side or the other? Try and lead an assault against the Entity?
For Wesker his rivalry also canonically extends to Claire specifically cuz the two of them ran into each other when they were on Rockfort Island in Code Veronica and he hates her just for being Chris’s sister while it is pretty petty he is also very egotistical so him hating someone associated with Chris that didn’t do anything to him directly isn’t out of the question.
Definitely, Jill also tackled him out a window and stopped him from killing Chris. And she would definitely antagonize him just from the fact of everything that happened in re1 and that she was his slave for a little bit. I also wish they gave Sheva a unique quote for weskers Mori like Chris does. Sheva is the only character to land a hit on weaker and in 5 he started choking her and SHE BREAKS HIS GRAB BY HERSELF. Not even Chris could do that
I think Slinger would also have a rivalry with Ace! Ace has consistently gotten away with gambling and making outlandish claims and generally being dishonest Caleb seems to value honesty over all else, and sticks to his word. Ace would be on his hitlist because he never stays to his own.
I think Twins would have a general distaste over the Lyra siblings, Renato and Thalita, mostly because they might remind charlotte of what her and victor could’ve been had they not been actively hunted for throughout their entire lives.
I think Dwight would be better for Trapper since Trapper is obviously one scary looking dude, and Dwight is nerdy and weak. So it's a good contrast. Plus Trappers greatest weakness is team cooperation and most of Dwight's perks involve being a leader of a team so it works pretty well.
Now that Castlevania is here I feel like Trevor is the perfect rival to Oni, at least going off the events of the anime. Trevor was from a great family that was driven out and betrayed by the very people they protected, and still Trevor acts in their best interest and tries to save them from Dracula. Oni would absolutely despise him for that, and see him as a weakling or coward for protecting people "below" him in society after they'd destroyed his family and tarnished his name
12:10 artist would probably hate Jonah since they’re both Latin American but with the key thing being that artist was a victim of a regime caused by the organization that Jonah worked for. The fact that there was a Hispanic guy that worked for an organization that caused suffering for thier region of origin would probably be enough for the rivalry but consider the fact that we don’t know where Jonah’s family is from and if he’s also Chilean then there could be another sense of betrayal.
I could very much see Skull Merchant and Jake having a rivalry. She's an egomaniac with fancy toys, he's a survivalist who breaks things. His former life would have made him a target for her, anyway.
Merchant could get annoyed with Ada, Ada is a corporate spy that can disappear quicker than her drones can find her And Yun Jin would so angry to see someone like Merchant because she is similar to Ji Woon, jerks who forced their way to success
legion being rivals with adam because he's a teacher and none of them graduated high school (or got kicked out rip frank) would be so funny. imagine he gets one of them in a trial and instead of tauning them he just starts genuinely trying to educate them. they try stab him and he starts quizzing them about fractions until they leave, seething
Assuming a few things. I'm guessing the Spirit likely hates Yorechi (the Ring's accompanying survivor) most. This is for a simply reason - he is the most likely Survivor to naturally look similar to her father, due to his race and age and when he was taken. He was literally a college professor at that point, so we can assume he's spent a while at his job and could be around the same age. Unless the Entity controls her version constantly to make all the survivors look just look her dad, it seems likely this would be the case.
I think that if there's enough of him left to comprehend it, Blight would hate Vittorio. Both of them sought the realm for much of their lives and studied it once inside, but for different reasons. Vittorio wanted to use the knowledge it held to the aid humanity and find paradise, but Talbot seemed more interested in the power that knowledge could give. He might see Vittorio as squandering its potential, but also envy the abilities he does have as seen through his perks. I imagine Vittorio would reciprocate too, disguted by both Talbot's current violent, animalistic state and his unethical experiments in the past.
I feel trickster would go after Yun Jin (obviously) But two that I think should’ve been mentioned are Kate and Jane, with both of them being celebrities. I think him being the twisted guy he is would go after a singer like him and definitely a talk show host.
Pyramid Head does have a rivalry with someone, but it's not a survivor. His rival is the Entity itself. He wants to punish the Entity for its wrongdoings against the survivors but at the same time he also punishes the survivors who have done misdeeds as well so P-Head just does that at the moment, until he finally reaches the point that he's powerful enough to face off with the Entity Same thing applies to Vecna. He willingly let himself get taken by the Entity so he could learn from it and take its power for himself. The entity obviously knows about how much of a threat Vecna is so it placed a Mark of Negation behind his neck to significantly weaken his powers until he's fit to partake in the trials.
I thought of something as you talked about her father, what if we were led astray, what if her memories are fabricated by the entity, what if she was vulnerable like close to death and made a deal with the entity like the hag which twisted her memories into what we saw, what if the reason we don't really see the dad is because she didn't have a dad or didn't know her dad, my thought was that maybe she was homeless and had to do a lot of things throughout her tough life, so she lied down starving in the cold of winter where the entity came in and offered her a deal and she accepted that deal
In Tricksters time lore it’s stated that him and Yun Jin always had a rivalry because of their clashing personalities. Trickster was just really good and fooling and manipulating her.
I could see Spirit having a rival in Adam. Adam was a teacher has shown some fatherly traits in his lore so seeing that in the trials might get to her.
I think Yui would also anger the oni as she is not what he might consider to be honorable due to her doing street racing, which he might consider a waste of time and disrespectful to her own family. In combination with the fact that they're both japanese, she might remind him of the samurai he used to hunt for being dishonorable which would touch his anger more than just petty insults. At the same time they both fought against their fathers in one way or another so he might view her at the same time as almost a parallel to himself
There’s also Alan Wake, most likely his rival would probably be Huntress/were-elk since he’s been tormented by people who look like lumberjacks and wore animal masks in robes for 13 years
Dang good vid! But I definitely think Jake would have a nice beef with the Skull Merchant, Jake coming from a wealthy background a life he gave up, to see a killer just use their money in all the wrong ways I feel could strike a cord if they were to cross paths imo. Plus, Jake is stealthy and could see him being a nuisance to get a hold of for her.
Meg, Nea, and Feng are what you guys think would be the most canonically toxic survivors? Sorry but Yun Jin’s perks LITERALLY make her stronger when other people struggle and grovel. You guys are wild for that
I can see Trickster really hating Kate. He would probably see her as a spotlight stealer since she is a famous singer too. I'm sure he'd love to have her in one of his "songs"
Hey, i truly believe that Blights only true rival is the entity itself. Since it's a fact that the entity is a bit scared of the blights power and its effects against the entity.
I feel nemesis and bill would actually start a rivalry or bill and wesker ( spoilers for left for dead down below) Bill would have a rivalry thanks to them both representing and creating zombie outbreaks And with wesker he might be annoyed with bill , due to bill being a patient zero for the zombie outbreak from his own universe thus possibly having resistances to oroboros I could also see dredge loving or hating bill because dredge is a being made from the fear form groups of people, bill as the perks states is unbreakable , the other thing is hes a war vet ,so there may still be plenty of fear still in there
I feel like Hag would have more of a "rivalry" or anger towards Sable, because she delved more into the dark side of witchcraft, much like Lisa did, but Sable hasnt really suffered the consequences, unlike poor Lisa has, which Lisa might deem/see as unfair. For Spirit id say someone who is more strong or confident, or even jerkish, someone who would kinda walk over others, whether they do, or just SEEM like they would in her eyes. Id say hers would be someone like David due to his masculine and tough looking appearance, or Yun-Jin because of how she always would put herself first over others. I think another good one for Legion (or at least Frank and Julie) would be Adam since hes a standup guy and sees them as kids down the wrong path, while they see Adam as some blatant and bland rule follower. Susie and Joey i feel like someone they wouldnt enjoy is someone who actively did bad and didnt really get punished for it or someone who seems like they dont care if they caused problems to someone or other people in the realm, so id say someone like Yun-Jin, David, Ada, maybe even Feng, Jake, or Elodie. For Blight id say he would voth really like and really hate any Scientist or Studious characters on the survivor side, maybe someone like Jonah since hes a bit of a Codecracker and Mathematician, or Adam since hes a professor, or like you said, Claudette since shes a botanist. For twins id say David since hes definitely aggresive and has a more high risk high reward playstyle, and is naturally a fighter. He also might remind Charolette of the one hunter that had almost killed her in tome 11
With Doctor's rival you could have said Ash I feel, I know he doesn't have anything in game showing this but he resists mind control VERY well as shown in Season 2 of AvED (electrocution therapy/control being show specifically also, Ash comparing it to simple whippets) going off of straight lore I feel he is the best (not in game strength/perks though)
Pyramid Head doesn't actively targets James if María is around, Pyramid loves killing Maria for the sake of tormenting James, and I doubt that she enjoys being killed so I think their rivarly is worth mentioning. Also, I find strange that you didn't mentioned Trickster and Yun Jin already existing hate for eachother
Unknown would have a rivalry with Olivia IMO,she indirectly summoned it and was investigating it before the entity took it at the end of the lore Sable just goes to a abandoned movie theater and enters a secret passage, there's almost nothing about Unknown in Sables lore
I think vecna would have a rivalry with his chapter counterparts actually as they are both bards, anyone who watches critical role would understand why that is a problem for them
I understand why you think Jake would be a good rival for Trickster, but I'm surprised you didn't mention Kate as another focus, she being a singer just like him. I would think the Trickster would feel a little jealous at some musical competition and want to relish her screams a bit more than the others, not unlike what he did to the other singer in his tome lore.
I think doctor would have a rivalry with feng, doctors inspiration was a real life doctor who used electroshock therapy to "cure" teens with gaming and internet addiction, so I think the doctor would hear feng taunting him during the trials using gamer lingo and feel the need to "cure" her
I was hoping to hear more potential rivalries between those that didn't already have a preexisting rivalry. It's obvious that Chris and Wesker or Jill and Nemesis would be rivals, but who else among them would also?
I think what you said about blight is interesting, and rather accurate due to his corrupt mind. That being said, I think Yoichi would be some of a threat to the blight. Yoichi does have powers as well, so imagine if the serum would enhance it, making trials and interactions against the blight insufferable for him.
artist i think would have a rivalry with other artists i think, jeff is the only one i can think of. Some sort of competition to prove herself as the better artist
I personally like the trapper vs jake. Cause one of them begins to idolize their father's traditions and morals against their own workers. While jake fully just disregards his fathers business and wants nothing to do with it.
