Had an idea for a challenge, Super Effective type challenge. Each start with a random encounter then you have to find a pokemon whose type or one of its types is super effective to that first pokemon. Then do it again for newly caught pokemon until you got a full team.

You should do a challenge where one team is a Super Effective typing against another, but the Super Effective team has disadvantages: Super Effective Team: 1. Catch first 6 they see (including babies) 2. No legendaries 3. No skips Weak/non-Super Effective Team: 1. 10 catches 2. Legendaries/Mythicals okay 3. Get 3 skips 4. Can fully evolve any babies So you could have a fighting team vs. a dark team for example, but the dark team has all those advantages. A test of real skill ;)

BUG is one of my fav types. My fav mon is volcarona. It got good mons like galvantula, golisopod, scizor. I use mono bug team in showdown as well.

Other neutral match ups you could try: Steel vs ghost Fairy vs ground Normal vs poison Flying vs water Grass vs psychic Dark vs rock Fighting vs dragon

Chillin if you ask me about which type is better idk it depends on the trainer of the pokemon (moves, abilities, switching out etc.)

Skip or pass challenge-lock legendaries only: stats are randomized (least stat=weakest legendary, most stat=strongest) if possible legendary, moves are randomized too. And you both can steal 3 each from each other. 10 total catches, choose your 6

Video idea: you spin a wheel to decide which team you get... Ten encounters a piece and then you can decide which team you take to battle. Element vs. non element Pokemon. Elements would be the ones that are types of things that you'd find in nature. Non element Pokemon would be the things that describe them more. Example... Grass, fire, water, electric, rock, ground, would all be good for element. Dark, dragon, fairy, fighting, bug types would be non element. There are a few grey area types like poison, flying, ghost and steel that could be considered for each team. I'll let you guys figure that out. If it's a dual type they have to stay the same elements. So grass dark is ineligible but dark dragon would be. Another Twist... You can choose ONE MOVE PER POKEMON that you want it to have. (if you want to use this rule/or keep it the way it is).
