Whrilpool has no after sell service. Its product is like chinese items. Buy use and after damage throw it. Please viewers dont buy any whripool products. I am suffering tooo much my hard earned money has been wasted. 😢😢😢😢😢
Whirlpool products are good in design but product performance are very bad and no proper sales person in sales department and one of the worst service from your authorized service even a local service center are good and geninue, but in service sector on of the worst and there is one specific rating that is called NPS and that are filled by service center. Globally one of the best company in design and one of worst services for all customer given by whirlpool
Whirlpool double door refrigerator very low quality product I purchase double door refrigerator 2018 and few days started cooling issue, I complete Whirlpool and engineer Visit more time but no solution till date 2023 . Whirlpool refrigerator double very low quality. Engineer more parts change, parts High cost range but not solved problem till date.
Whirlpool is incapable of servicing its products. Stay away from their products. Their dishwasher broke down after 13 months, and repair estimates changed from 25000 or more (with the warning it may fail again) to not-repairable and replace by paying 46000 and that is their "best solution" after three months of followup/escalations. Ended up scrapping it and buying a different brand.
