Hi.. This product is totally waste of money as my washing machine is in warranty but still Whirpool agents are doing fraud . Offline they charge some amount of money to replace / repair the product. After serval complaints they are not helping the customer to repair the product . I request everyone don’t buy Whirpool washing machine . Otherwise you will cry for the services 👍
Worst service of whirlpool i purchase refrigerator yesterday but no one coming for installation n demo m trying so many times but they are not responding call center , technician everyone just give us excuse , refrigerator is also not on after plugin , please dont buy any product of whirlpool such a trash service hate it
सेवा में, श्रीमान मेरा कहना है की पूर्व मेरे मेरे द्वारा सिंगल डोर फ्रिज में चींटी लग जाने का शिकायत किया गया था जिसके बाद लोग आकर फ्रिज का डोर रबर बदल दिए का यानी 29/5/24 को लेकिन उसी समय से एक नया समस्या उत्पन हो गया की फ्रीज का डोर ठीक से पूरा बंद नही हो रहा था तब उस समय बोला गया की ठंडा होगा तब हो जायेगा लेकिन वह रात भर में ठीक नही हुआ आज सुबह उसमे देखने को मिला है की फ्रीज के ऊपरी भाग से ठंडा ठंडा एयर निकल रहा है और अभी तक डोर ठीक से पुरा बंद नही हो रहा है तब जाकर हम शिकायत किए तो हमे जवाब मिला की 5 दिन के लिए फ्रिज को लॉक कर के छोड़ दीजिए उसके वाद उपयोग कीजिए ये क्या नियम है 5 दिन लॉक कर दें उसके बाद उपयोग करें तो फ्रिज रखे का फायदा क्या है ये कोई समस्या का समाधान है अगर ऐसा है तो हम निवेदन करेंगे की फ्रिज मेरे यहां से ले जाया जाए जब ठीक हो जायेगा तब पहुंचा दिया जाए अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है तो पुनः किसी को भेज कर ठीक करा दिया जाए या फ्रिज को उठा ले जाया जाए इसलिए मैं आप सभी का आभारी रहूंगा आपका विश्वासी ग्राहक शिवम कुमार
