Moore was sought out for five arrest warrants for the following crimes:
May 13, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet in the parking lots of Nissan Stadium. The group took over several stadium lots, including closed lots. About 1,000 vehicles arrived and some did burnouts and donuts, which was dangerous to those around. Law enforcement on the ground and in the air responded to get rid of the crowd.
July 22, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 516 Rev. Kelly M. Smith Way, a State of Tennessee owned parking lot. Hundreds gathered there, and people in the group took over intersections and conducted burnouts, donuts and slides with their vehicles in the intersections of Nelson Merry Street and 10th Circle North, and Kelly M. Smith Way and Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. Those involved also blocked roadways, which did not allow police to enter the area.
Oct. 28, 2022: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 1001 Health Park Drive where 100 or more people reportedly gathered. Various vehicles were involved in conducting burnouts and donuts. Three drivers fled from police that night. The property manager confirmed Moore did not have permission to use the parking lot, which was damaged by tire marks.
Jan. 24, 2023: Moore allegedly used social media to organize and promote a car meet at 3040 Sidco Drive. Midtown Hills Precinct officers responded to the parking lot due to the large crowd on the property, which was newly renovated and for sale. Vehicles participated in burnouts which damaged the lot by leaving tire marks, and an oil spill also occurred. The real estate agent for the property called police that night and said neither Moore nor anyone else had permission to be there.
Jan. 28, 2023: Moore allegedly used social media to advertise a “pop-up meet” in the parking lot of Woodmont Hills Church of Christ where about 300 to 400 vehicles showed up. Several participated in burnouts and donuts in the church parking lot, which posed a risk to the public.

Look up the wording of the law he’s being charged with violating and that will shed some light on why his situation is different. I didn’t see what state this was in, but the legal definition of “riot” in Tennessee is worded in a way that these events meet, so he might be in violation of it as the one who organized (incited) the event that became a “riot” by Tennessee’s standards.

Well considering they said the numbers at these events got up to 4,000 people I can't blame the police for not wanting to step in . They are completely outnumbered. Now yes if the good car people all surrounded the cops and protected them and showed the bad ones they aren't welcome that this stuff doesn't fly then maybe I could see the police helping . But the fact of the matter is that situation and dynamic is too violate . The best solution for an event . Rent out a race track . That way if you do have people who wanna do stuff like this it's more then likely gonna have a designated area and would be probably acceptable depending on the agreement between renter and track . Also then you could hire private security to enforce the rules.

Most events require police presence especially when you tell them the #’s of expected people at said event most cities require permits for all sorts of stuff you have to pay the cops etc so if he was doing all of this and they STILL refused to help prevent the morons in the auto community to show up and show out that’s on the security and police NOT the event planner. In order to be convicted of inciting a riot you need to prove that the intent was to create a riot. He clearly stated rules, clearly asked for help, and clearly never intended these meetups become as big as they did, nor is that within itself is illegal. @A_Goat
@A_Goat Месяц назад
I don't believe that is true, that they have to prove his intent. Generally this is true for any crime but in this regard it is not a requirement for prosecution. A good example of this was Kai Cenat's giveaway, he merely extended invitation to his fans in the area to meet up to have a giveaway for his fanbase. Yet because a large amount showed up, became wreckless, violent and broke laws, he was charged with Inciting the Riot & Unlawful Assembly. He said nothing to incite rioting, nor did they have to prove his intent. He was charged because he did not alert police, did not have permit and therefore it was declared unlawful. In fact you don't even have to have caused a riot for you to be charged with inciting one which may be baffling to some. It's also pertinent to mention that under Riots codes, a judgement of conviction or acquittal on the merits under the laws of any state shall be a bar to any prosecution hereunder for the same act or acts. So in better words, because previous rulings, such as Kai Cenat or the Don, the bar to meet this crime does not require intent.

Not even close. If you are an event organiser you are taking on a huge amount of potential liability for what happens during said event and is why big events are organised via corporations, hire security and carry a ton of insurance to mitigate risk to the individual organisers. This dude got in over his head and is now holding the bag.

Imagine hosting an event and it gets crashed by a bunch of thugs. Then you get charged for the thugs that were A, out of your control, and B, the cops refused to help when he asked them to deal with said riots he 'incited'. If that conviction sticks, then i'd have even less faith in the justice system than i already have

@@jimmanis6717 Your logic is flawed. So if someone host tailgate parties and random people show up and start causing problems. You ask the police for help and they refused. You then get charged for what other did when they came to your event. Ya that's bs charges. Like why is this so hard to comprehend.
@jimmanis6717
@jimmanis6717 Месяц назад
@@takin7341 yep, if you host a party at your house it's the same thing. I don't understand why you would think it's any different. People today just don't know how to take responsibility, it's always the other person's fault. If you invite people to an event you are absolutely responsible for them. If you follow Cletus McFarland just watch his video about how much prep and insurance cost is involved in putting on the events he does.
@jimmanis6717
@jimmanis6717 Месяц назад
@@takin7341 and he only asked for help when it was out of control. If he had gotten a permit and requested police to be present he wouldn't be in trouble. But you forget, he wanted the crazies, he's a videographer he makes his living off the footage. Nobody watches cars in a parking lot. Look at the cars and coffee videos, it's always them leaving and the burnouts and crashes.
