Cross Mount Survival Drill White Belt Beast vs Brown Belt.
We are both Law Enforcement Officers that train jiu jitsu at the same academy and we are having a friendly roll. I'm starting with him in my Cross Mount Position to practice defense, escapes etc. BJJ emphasizes techniques that enable practitioners to control and restrain individuals without relying on strikes or weapons, which can help officers subdue suspects more safely and effectively.
