こう…なんか毎日、 子ども保育園連れてってり家の掃除したり毎日バタバタバタバタして で、寝る前に陽だまりクッキングさんの動画見てたら ほんと、癒されるのよ。なんかこう、丁寧にゆっくりゆったり。バタバタした1日が嘘のようにゆっくりゆったりした気分で寝れるの。ほんとありがとうございます。

バレンタインに作りました！ 出来立ての時はサクサククッキーがチョコに食い組んで美味しいけど食べにくいなあと思いつつ、1日寝かすとクッキーがしっとりしてめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです🥰 チョコ自体もロイズの生チョコに似てて最高でした！ ただ生チョコを作るときに分離して作り直しをしたので、そこだけ注意が必要だなと思いました！ あと人生で一度もクッキー作り、成功した事がなかったのですがこのレシピ通りに作ったらめちゃくちゃ綺麗に焼けました！！ （アーモンドプードル手に入らなくて薄力粉多めで作りましたが、問題無しでした） 素敵なレシピを共有していただきありがとうございました❤️

ひだまりさんが作るお菓子はお店に売れると思うくらいすごいですね！ 憧れます〜

今年のバレンタインは、このご時世もあるので手作りはやめとこかな……て思ってたんですけどひだまりさんの動画とか見てたら作りたくなってきました……滅多に手作りなんてしないのに
